While we've been busy pumping out new Featured Artists left and right, some of our older talent have been working hard too! We've added over 60 songs from 13 of our current Featured Artists, so come see what's new!
We're keeping things simple: click an artist's name or banner to visit their Featured Artist page. All new songs are marked with a very very very cool NEW icon.
New songs are also listed below along with any relevant ranked maps and an audio preview or two. These should give you a quick impression of what's in store, but also remember that all song previews are available from each Featured Artist page!
Coming as a surprise to nobody, we've officially added TWC Sound Team "Zeroth Powers" - One One from the osu!taiko World Cup 2021 Grand Finals to the Featured Artist listings for BilliumMoto, Dictate, and Kurokotei! Maybe we'll have a listing for Johnson Solid one day too.
This is the largest batch of them all — 24 tracks from osu!'s most idolized rhythm game song producer Camellia. We picked up songs from all around their discography, ranging from oldies to brand new ones! Here's an insanely massive list of what we've added:
Oh, we've also officially added Camellia's whole Tera I/O album (which was designed specifically for rhythm game mapping!):
You surely already know what Camellia sounds like, but take a few previews for good measure:
And we can't forget the osu!catch World Cup! Frums - of Ambrosia was debuted as the tournament's grand finals tiebreaker. Like Camellia - ΩΩPARTS and TWC Sound Team "Zeroth Powers" - One One, this track was specifically created for the world cups — a trend you'll likely see going forward!
Shifting away from the rhythm gamey electronic scene, glass beach is here with some special guests from their recent collaborative album alchemist rats beg bashful (remixes)! We snagged 5 of these tracks, including a cover of the famed glass beach - bedroom community!
Eat up a couple previews:
Taking a step back from all the intensity, Geoxor is here to offer two of their newest tracks! Dig your mapping claws into these EDM masterpieces:
By some insane coincidence Getty's Featured Artist page was announced within 2 days of their latest album FLVSH OUT's release. We're here to deliver 7 tracks from that album. Better late than never, right?
Embrace the bass with a few previews too:
Inferi's latest EP Of Sunless Realms released last year, and we're here to bring 4 of its tracks to the ears of osu! players. As a specical treat for osu!taiko players, Raiden went above and beyond the call of duty by ranking beatmaps for all these songs!
Bless your ears with some previews:
Given Morimori Atsushi is artist with a practically endless catalogue, anyone could have predicted that we'd come back to pad out their osu! library. We've picked up a bunch of tracks from all over the place, including a couple with some fairly well-known ranked maps!
And here's a few samples to explore:
One of our oldest artists onumi is back yet again with a couple more updates! Each of these tracks has an entirely different feel, though that could honestly be said about their whole library. Regardless, take your pick and start mapping!
Station Earth - Cold Green Eyes feat. Roos Denayer is an osu! classic at this point. The song's creator Blue Marble (previously known as Station Earth) re-designed the track in a whole new way, so we've added it to their Featured Artist listing!
Speaking of remakes of popular osu! songs, UNDEAD CORPORATION's latest release is a sequel to the insanely popular Everything will freeze. Both the vocal and instrumental versions are up for grabs, so pick up whichever you like!
That's all for now!
With the conclusion of these updates, we'd also like to make a formal apology. We've overwhelmed you with too much awesome music at once. We'll take a step back for the next 3 days and think about our actions, then announce another Featured Artist on Saturday.
Stay tuned to the @osugame Twitter and we'll see you then!
