I think the contrast between sections is kinda broken. I mean, there is a issue how it changes. If take a look how changes parts from non-kiai to kiai section, the difference is so huge. While the non-kiais are mostly mapped like a typical hard/hyper patterns, the kiais consist fully of Extreme/diff-spiked jumps.
Just take a look how it changed from 00:06:270 and 00:42:270 from relaxed patterning to active jump-spamming with hard to pass flow. (same - 01:15:270 and 01:42:270)
The most noticeable moment it's the end of this diff. 02:30:270 and 02:45:270 compare these 2 sections, the overall difficulty of this changes so drastically, while first part consist only of hard stepping jumps, the kiai mostly consist of huge-spaced jumps.
Kinda yeah, just improving jumps in non-kiai section would be enough. I figuring out that contrast there are already fine, but the issue was only how drastically you change gameplay intense within song intense, it's looks a bit disbalanced.

This is mainly due to your emphasis and rhythm choices, which include jumps that doesn't follow either the vocals or the instrumental part of the song. As a result, the player may struggle to understand the rhythm, making the cursor movement feel more random rather than naturally following the melody.
For example, in 01:39:805 (3,4,5,1,2,3,4,5,6), you used a repetitive triangular pattern that doesn't align well with the vocals. The transition from vocals to instrumental at 01:40:783 (2,3) doesn't work very well, where's 01:41:436 (5,6) feels much smoother as it naturally leads into the next lyrics. Additionally, it seems questionable since the second half of the kiai is more focused on vocals at 01:50:892. And also, the moment 01:56:436 (2,3,4,5), where the rhythm shift to circles feels random - maybe applying Ctrl+G would improve consistency? Same for 02:51:218 (3,4,5).

As example for 00:17:305 (2,3,4) - you could change this pattern to something like this:

This way of patterns will have at least some connection with the change of lyrics in the song and will better to highlight it.
00:25:131 (3,4,5,6) - I believe you could give more spacing for this, since it's still remains the same, while there are snares and drums.
00:35:240 (1,2,1,2,1,2,1,2,1) - These jumps are really huge in spacing for the beginning of map, when even the top diff mapped much lower in spacing. Nerf this please.
01:58:718 (1,2,1,2,1,2,1,2,1) ; 01:48:283 (1,2,1,2,1,2,3,4,5) - These jumps are currently have huge spacing for snares jumps. Suggesting to nerf this for avoiding big jump between this diff and Insane, since Insane using sliders instead of circles (and jumps are also smaller accordingly).
I think some moments in kiai looks a bit flattened? For example 01:50:077 (2,3,4,1,2,3,4) ; 01:53:501 (1,2,3,4,5,6,1) ; 01:56:109 (1,2,3,4,5,1) - Looks a bit underemphasized and could be spaced a bit more? 02:40:783 (2,3,4) ; 02:42:251 (2,3,4) ; 02:50:077 (3,4,5,1,2,3) - Some polishing in this area would be also cool for better visuals.
01:28:718 - Starting from here, I think you made the change a bit drastic, while the music does not changing too much. You increased SV and made more spacing here, which looks a bit overdone. Making such dense rhythm without any 1/1 gaps and bigger jumps with SV might be really feels like overdone for this. For the best solution, I think mapping this just with the SV 0.9x would be enough to show how this section has been changed.
01:46:653 (4) ; 02:41:436 (4) - I think, would be much cooler if you change this to circles for highlighting the snare-sounds here.
02:38:501 (4,5) - Replace this to 1/2 slider for better following the vocals in song? This will also nerf these huge spacing jumps, since you making this almost the same as for the active snares here 02:53:990 (3,1,2,3,4).
There's some inconsistency spacing usage for 1/1 rhythms, which creates a poor readability for new players since you almost making them same as 1/2 rhythms (for example, just compare 01:25:131 (5,6,1,1) and 00:07:522 (7,1,2,1,1), you should keep them in one DS for a better readability.
The most noticable moments that should be changed are:
01:11:762 (1,2) ; 01:25:131 (5,6,1,1) ; 02:03:936 (2,3) ; 02:09:153 (2,3) ; 02:17:631 (4,1) - space them much more for a better readability as 1/1 gap since it's currently looks more like 1/2
00:04:099 - 00:05:566 - Not really a big issue, but I think that music does not change so much to do such change in SV (1.0x -> 0.7x), since what you follow with 1.0x SV is only snares with drums, but overall intense is not really changed, so it's will be better if you nerf this a bit. Just for example, use the first SV as 0.8x for better representation.
01:37:686 (7) - Remove this circle? There is no sound and making this for a Hard diff might be looks like overmap, which is not really recommended to use. Also, I think this will make some gap in 1/1 that will show better the transition to kiai.
02:32:631 (1,2,3,4,5,6,1) - Since it's the most intense vocals here, I think you can give more spacing for them? Vocals here is like more high-pitched, and would be better if you also show it with more spacing.
02:43:066 (1,2,1,2,3,4,5) - This chain might be feels pretty complex with using such streams after reverses in 1/4, if you really wanna leave it as now, just make 02:43:392 (2) - this as 1/2 slider and this would be ok. (or you could make 1 time reverse for these 1/4 reverse sliders which would works good too)
02:53:827 (3,4) - Spacing is extremely huge here with returning-back flow. In the current way a new players probably would have some suffer to hit this, so try to do something like this:
01:28:718 (1,2,3,4,5,1,2,3,4,5,1) - The rhythm, which consist of only 1/1 gaps looks pretty underwhelming here, even while you show contrast by 0.1x SV change. At least, you may put here 01:29:207 ; 01:31:816 circles on red tick and move this closer with DS which will also 01:30:349 (4) ; 01:32:957 (4) - make this rhythm more enjoyable instead of oversimplifying.
01:43:718 (2) - Maybe replace this slider by a circle to make this chain a bit less of 1/2 rhythm 01:43:718 (2,3,1,2,3,4,5,6,7) - ? I see the rhythm of vocals, but it's also looks a bit overdone, so it will a bit simplify this moment.
02:38:501 (3) - same.
02:45:675 (4,5,6,7,1) - This repetitive slider + circle sounds pretty out of the rhythm and I think this one might be fits more better for the vocals:
03:00:022 (1,2,3,4,5) - I feel this rhythm is kinda do not maintain vocals properly, I think the better idea that you did before was 02:55:131 (1,2,3,4). Making it same will be fits better or you could just delete this circle 03:01:164 (4) - which is also working good too.
03:03:609 (1) - Maybe replace this with the circle because vocals starts from 03:03:936? This might be feels much better imo.
03:05:321 (1) - Could you move this spinner to 03:05:403? because currently player might be a bit confused how drastic spinner appears in 1/4.
(about kiai rhythms) or another variant to use rhythm like 01:44:207 (1,2,3) - in Insane diff also looks cool, imo. rhythm from Insane could be also used in some places.
02:18:283 is also suffers for a rhythm choice. 02:18:609 (2,3,4,5,1,2,3,4,5,6) vs. 02:13:881 (3,4,1,2,3,4,5) - Comparing this one choice is clearly show of questionable choice of rhythm, which do not follow something. Also for the bridge section, it looks too much active (and a bit overspaced?) this moment 02:24:479 (4,5,1,2,3,4,5,6) or, again, with repetitive construction of 02:29:370 (3,4,5,1,2,3,4,5,6) - looks monotonous, and also require some changes. As also a way of solution, try to stick rhythm like you did here 02:13:066 (1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4,5) and not to make so active in jumps, because it begin looks like another kiai, but the intense not as kiais.
I see. I think it's doesn't wanna working with this value of bitrate because it's 5 min and video need to be compressed much harder lol

you using too much high bitrate so thats why file size is big. don't use anything higher than ~1150 bitrate for the osu videos because u wont be able to upload it cuz of big file size. just try to use 900 bitrate and 720p instead of trying to make this 480p
would also cut first 3 sec and last 14 sec from the video to make file size much less since it's not gonna be used in gameplay anyway
