hi^^
your audio appears to be overencoded :'(
here's a better one with the same offset (you just have to adjust the "AudioFilename:" in each .osu file or rename the new audio)
03:35:502 (9,10,1) - similar to 2296005#4793392
player could misread it as (9) -> (1) due to the spacing but unlike the mod posts before, you should ctrl + g 03:35:502 (9,10) - since the spacing from (10) -> (1) is also nearly double that from before
02:07:502 (4,5,6,1) - the path in this pattern is unclear as the (1) and the (5) are visible at the same time
make the path more clear by spacing the (1) further away from the (5) to ensure the player goes to (6) first
02:05:752 (3,1) - this pattern can easily be misread as a 1/2 gap given the drastic spacing difference (nearly double the spacing)
place the (1) closer to the (3) to circumvent that
and yes, spek just checks the uint32 at 0x30 the file's header that gets put there simply according to the quality preset rather than the actual file's bitrate which might be a bit confusing if you don't know anything about audio files.
(this can also be set to anything given you recalculate the hash as can be seen in this example )
if you would take a look at this real quick: https://imgur.com/a/Z7hhmTG
in addition to that, the current audio is 3.94MB, whereas 192kb/s for 139s should roughly be
(192*139)/8 ≈ 3.3MB
your file therefore has a bitrate of roughly 238kbps instead of the maximum allowed 192kbps for mp3s
(this is likely because of the cover art and as I interpret the RC it's talking about the files's bitrate, not the audio stream's bitrate)
furthermore, there's a comment in your file which hints towards the file being downloaded from "music.163.com" which also likely stores data associated with your (or whoever downloaded that file) account
in case you want to double-check anything I'll leave you a zip containing all of the files here: https://actiol.s-ul.eu/592RnvzR
02:42:502 (6,1) - similar issue with the slider end of (1) here.
space it out a bit to make sure it isnt misleading (the sliderend can look like a sliderhead to beginners)
its also just a REALLY BAD idea. I'm pretty sure he was talking about drum-hitfinish since that is something ppl do and its a less obnoxious sound. it still doesn't let you use actual crashes together with kicks which basically means you cant use crashes at all but at least the sample somewhat fits a kick and it doesn't break a guideline like yours
