I'm going to give you general advice instead of specific, as this map doesn't have many individual problems, but problems as a whole.
I'm directing this advice, yes, at the map, but you also want to keep in mind what I'm saying here for your next couple maps.
What's good about your map, and what you should continue to do in your future maps, is make recognizable patterns, and re-use them. Even from the very beginning, your patterns are very recognizable, such as 00:05:590 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,1,2,3) - 01:10:807 (1,2,3,4,5,6) - and 01:14:285 (1,2,3,4). This is good. The map is very structured because of it.
There are two main issues with this map:
Starting with that second point, it's okay to re-use a pattern, but just switching up the placement, or the orientation of a pattern can help immensely. For example, at 00:16:025 - 00:28:198 - yes, the music does repeat itself, and you should still use a similar pattern, but I'd recommend you have the player move around the screen as you do so. Starting here at the top left at 00:16:025 - is fine. However, by the second time around, 00:19:503, I'd recommend maybe instead going to the bottom left. Little changes in where you put the pattern, what direction it's facing, etc. are good. It will stay a pattern, but it just adds a bit more variation.
About the first point, going back to this part - 00:16:025 - you want to work on the actual pattern itself placing more emphasis on the louder sounds. For example, 00:16:894 (1) - really doesn't have much emphasis, so it feels not that satisfying to hit. A way to fix this would be to move it down below 00:16:785 (5) (maybe around the coordinates x=259, y=259). This way, the player is strained trying to hit, emphasizing the sound. Now, you'd want to adjust the notes afterwards (00:17:220 (2,3,4,5,1)) to not be so far away, after you move 1.

05:32:289 (98) - This combo is wild. I see what you're going for; I've seen it in other maps. However, wouldn't it make more sense to NC at 05:11:664 (23) - 05:18:331 (51) - 05:24:998 (78) because of phrasing?
00:00:944 (4) - Watch out for little overlaps that are unsightly or spaced too closely. It's not a huge deal, but I feel like it clashes

01:07:048 (1,2,3,4,5,6,1,2,3,4,5,1,2,3,4,5,6) - Continuing from my comments in general, I feel like this is an example of a place that could be spiced up with spacing. The singers voice fluctuates greatly in pitch and volume, but these patterns all seem quite similar, which feels rather unrepresentative of the song.
02:48:905 - I love your dedication to mapping the drums in this section, but I feel one problem with doing that (that may be unattractive to BN's) is that the drums are too repetitive, even though they're nice.
It's not a problem per-se, more just an artistic choice that I'm letting you know may be unpopular. In general, I try to avoid focusing on one instrument too much, especially if it's repetitive.
In this case, I'd recommend following the piano while passively mapping the drums as much as you can
Overall, I'd say what the map needs the most is more bold spacing contrast. It needs more contrast both between sections as a whole, and more contrast within the patterns in a section itself. Don't be afraid to go from small spacing between two objects, to big spacing, then back to small. Variety in spacing is what adds spice to a map
