Unplayable patterns in the beginning of Insane 00:07:496 (3,4,5,1) - 00:11:996 (3,4,5) (pointed by yuii)
Huge gap between Normal and Hard in complexity and readability, also rhythms and general spacing have a huge difference.
Also, there are some reverses under notes, which are unrankable as far as I'm aware.

Like seriously. Not intuitional at all, only SV to emphasize anything in the EX EX diff.
Not even consistent spacing and if you use only SV to emphasize everything it should atleast have consistent spacing, not random...
This set could be ranked without the EX EX diff. That should stay unranked. It's fun, yeh. But not for a ranked map.

Hey, i'm seeing quite a few reports going unnoticed, maybe because they appear to be minor/subjective stuff that don't absolutely require dq's. It would be nice to at least get a reply to them though... Whether the QAT agrees with the concerns or not. Right now it does look like some concerns have been ignored...

rigged at 2nd note exactly at 33.270 and if you try to hit the note on any manner it will fail you and it does this continuously through the map on the normal difficulty and other ones included https://osu.ppy.sh/b/159497&m=0

The mapset which you gave is a 2012 ranked mapset and ranked mapsets cannot be disqualified.You have to report qualified maps only if you found serious issues,not ranked ones. Just saying to know more better in future

A lot of the issues brought by the mods weren't properly replied, conveyed by vague replies to issues that were poorly explained by some of the modders. Aditionally, some replies were also rude telling one of the modders that he/she "is delayed regarding mapping" and another one that some points brought by him/her "can't be regarded as a mod".

There are still things to address and already many things were mentioned. That is, not mapping to music properly (overmapping and undermapping), most likely insensible background choice, but that's not big reason here, very repetetive and insensible patterning when it comes to kiai part, hitsounds are just meme sounds, which aren't even related to the song.

The answers given by Fort are either "fun" or "it's not overmapped, look at hitsounds" - By adding hitsounds, you are not getting a rid off the fact that you are mapping nothing. He mostly doesn't give any constructive arguments and doesn't explain why those issues aren't issues.

A rule is still a rule. Both sliderslide and sliderticks cannot be muted at the same time.

mmmm I'm not sure how the QAT will handle this situation, since the mapping contribution from the set owner is less than the one from guest. There was some discussion in t/468358&start=0 and seems mostly everyone disagree, so I'm curious if mapping less is allowed now, since there was a case were a map got DQ because of this already, so I guess the same should apply to this map.

^ That just means the mapper decided to use default colors. I don't think its possible to use less than 2 combo colors unless you use the same color more than once. The rule is there so you can't have 8 combo colors that are all the same xD.
