Few mods:
I suggest disable countdown on "DooMAX,Ignore Another,Izy Delta, Taiko Oni" as you disabled on the other 2 difficulties
Delete .osb file. Before someone else point me out the "ignore empty .osb thread":
The image "nothing" and "null" doesn't even exist in folder (I download @ 02nd Jul 2011, 11.28 PM GMT+8)

01:02:769 (1) Why 0.5x so suddenly? It feel awkward as that the only slow down and the slider before was way fast
Gotta complain the usage of SV 2.0 and above. Such slider speed with high BPM, you guys are mad

Sorry that I haven't remodded this yet but uhh....
EDIT: Ahh, I see the link to NewRules in the OP. As that thread states, newrules are not going to be enforced yet; they're still a work-in-progress. Also, many of the newrules were things that have been rules for ages but were never written down. This mapset was fine overall, except for a few issues (like the ones I pointed out in my last post). If a few minor issues are going to make you give up hope on this mapset and let it die, then so be it; but I don't suggest doing that at all. Delete map and redownload and see if its fixed.

everytime the creator re-submit the map, you should re-dl it.
