Few mods:

I suggest disable countdown on "DooMAX,Ignore Another,Izy Delta, Taiko Oni" as you disabled on the other 2 difficulties

Delete .osb file. Before someone else point me out the "ignore empty .osb thread":

the circles approaches but the sound isnt there and after 2 or 3 seconds the sound is approaching..

You are dling the previous version.
everytime the creator re-submit the map, you should re-dl it.

Stars are completely useless, it's a fact - this map has more than double what any other has and almost nobody mods it.

So now there's no hope of approval since every single difficulty has been added (or so, I didn't check)

Oh well, whatcha gonna do about that, it had its chance.
At least it's nice to watch with Auto, I'll give it that, somehow entertaining that way.

how is that even possible. it is impossible for the human fingers, even the ears to see up to 200 bpm. i'm sure of it. it is not humanly possible! not even my eyes can keep up on where the beatmaps were! it is insane.

but oh my god. 860 bpm. no human can go faster than 300.... i swear....

this IS the fastest beatmap in OSU! HISTORY O_o

You don't really understand how this is working. Before that the number of the Difficulties was too high but for today it would be fine. And this Rule got removed two-three months ago. Well, by all respect I don't believe this was ever planned to be approved. The reason why this map has such a high SP is simple: The people love this Map. They didn't actually care if it gets ranked or not.

It's not that easy, really. The number of Difficulties wasn't "only" the problem but also this has almost no Mods and would be - for the daily standards I think - not rankable. However I guess with the Creator's words it's confirmed that the Mapper doesn't aimed this for Approval. And: We cannot make for every little thing an exception. That would be just bullshit. Not that I find this Map bad but it has nothing real special on it like Osuka as example.

EDIT: I've read that Approval Maps does not get affected by the old maximum number of Difficulties Rule. Welp~
