Few mods:
I suggest disable countdown on "DooMAX,Ignore Another,Izy Delta, Taiko Oni" as you disabled on the other 2 difficulties
Delete .osb file. Before someone else point me out the "ignore empty .osb thread":
The image "nothing" and "null" doesn't even exist in folder (I download @ 02nd Jul 2011, 11.28 PM GMT+8)

EDIT: Ahh, I see the link to NewRules in the OP. As that thread states, newrules are not going to be enforced yet; they're still a work-in-progress. Also, many of the newrules were things that have been rules for ages but were never written down. This mapset was fine overall, except for a few issues (like the ones I pointed out in my last post). If a few minor issues are going to make you give up hope on this mapset and let it die, then so be it; but I don't suggest doing that at all.
