Finally got some progress. I've been getting my average speed up over the past month, but this is the first time I've PB'd since last month.
I just got this, I couldn't get a screenshot because I had it set to show CPM instead of WPM.
Improved by exactly 6 wpm, lets gooo.

Specific switch types/keycaps are completely preference and you should try researching that on your own. I use Gateron Red switches myself but don't really like them.

my current average range seems to be set around 111-144 WPM depending on how i'm feeling and how comfortable i am with my muscle memory, focus, and the keyboard at given moment. top speed tends to hit around 188 WPM in very rare instances.

I got a new PB the other day. My progress has been slowing down a bit recently, but I'm still getting more and more consistent. My average speed is about 105 now.
ShinRun, Asian Warlord, uwu_playz, and wocan, you guys need to do a 60 second test, not a 30 second test.

update #1: lmao, i really tripped up a lot as this went on.
I can't type nearly as fast as you guys can. But still, faster than anyone in my class.
Christ, I really can't get 100% accuracy, huh. I should note that since I'm typing random words and not sentences, it also gets me really blur to just type almost blindly when there is no context. When I write real sentences with good structure, and also include numbers and punctuation (Let's try it: Hmm, well 4 294 967 296 is 2^32. 111 x 379 = 42 069. I don't think I'm good with punctuation either? Hmm...) Well, if I type complicated sentences, I used another typing website and it told me my typing speed would be about 90 WPM. So, maybe it depends on what I'm typing and how I feel at that point in time.
If it matters, I currently use Gateron Black switches.
I don't even type like normal people does. I think people usually put their index fingers on F and J and spread their hands but I just put my hands all over the place.
