also there might be a metadata problem as other people pointed out, needs to be confirmed first though

highest 4k diff definitely needs more work, and there are a handful of inconsistencies through the chart itself that affect its structure and emphasis in such a way that its not conducive for play, since it detracts from the music itself

OMG, I'm so sorry, I only started playing properly just less than a month ago, I didnt knew, how it works, sorry!
And oh, thats interesting, I'm deaf (can hear but yeah :D) and I always have the effect volume on 0% because it confused me to much from the song. (I might have googled the meaning of HS /:). I didn't realised it made up that much, I always thought it's just so you know if you hit the note or not :D
