Hello everyone,
I decided to make a modding queue because I don't really like how most people make rules on how they won't mod certain songs or how they only do M4M, etc.
My modding queue will instead add/subtract "Priority Points" to each post/map based on the following list:
PP list last updated: 6/7/14, 1:48PM Pacific
If the queue is short (which it likely will be, at least at first), your priority probably won't matter, it's likely you'll be modded that week, I am just doing this for future situations. If a user has the same priority as another, the user who posted first gets modded first.
How the blacklist works:
Similar to the priority points, you will get blacklist points. Each action on the following list is worth 1 point, unless otherwise stated.
The Rules (or How to Get Blacklisted):
As you can see, there are only a few rules, most of which are just being able to follow directions. If you are blacklisted, it is not a death sentence, just a week ban from posting here per BP (Blacklist Point).
Please post the following format (this is not highly enforced, just easier to read), or something similar.

When you post, if you have any special instructions -- "only mod the STD modes, only mod this difficulty" please mention it in the "Special Instructions" section. You do not need to write anything in the "special instructions" section if you have nothing else to write.
My maps are always listed in my signature. You can pick any that are pending or WIP to mod. Do not pick graved maps, I will not see the posts.
If you have a question about my priority ranking for your map or some other question, you may contact me in game or PM me. If you have a problem with any of the ways I give priority, you may suggest something, but I may not/will likely not change my rankings, unless you have a good reason.

1) M4M - +8 PP per map modded
2) 3 or less difficulties - +1 PP
3) In WIP - +1 PP
4) In Pending - +0.5 PP
5) Song I like - +2 PP
6) Song I don't like - -5 PP
7) Has 12 or more stars/star priority - -2 PP
8) Has 4 or more difficulties - -1 PP per difficulty over 3
9) Has Taiko or Mania difficulties - -2 PP per Taiko/Mania difficulty
10) Is a super insane/marathon/going for approved map - -10 PP
11) Three or less minutes - +1 PP per difficulty
12) Four or more minutes - -1 PP per difficulty
13) Map has never been modded - +5 PP
14) NM - -5 PP
15) Has been on the queue for more than a week - +8 PP per week on queue
16) User has been blacklisted in the last month - -3 PP
17) User has been blacklisted multiple times - -0.5 PP per time blacklisted
18) User did not format post in the format I asked - -1 PP

0: Do not ask if the queue is open, I will edit the first post if its closed.
1: Do not post more than one map at a time (within one week of your previous one being modded)
2: Do not post bubbled maps (popped bubbles are OK, as well as maps that are bubbled after you post them in this thread)
3: Do not post while blacklisted.
4: Do not ask to be modded sooner/have higher priority/etc. This will get you 2 BP.
5: No Taiko-only or Mania-only maps. This wouldn't be useful anyway, as I never play those modes.
6: Nothing over 10 minutes -- This is a lenient rule. If you post something ~10 minutes, its probably fine. If you post something quite a bit over 10 minutes, you will get 1 warning.

Extra notes...
Songs I generally like - American Pop, K-Pop, J-Pop, Video game music, electronic music, piano music(is this a category? I mean like touhou piano remixes, etc), instrumental music
Songs I generally do not like - Vocaloid or similar music, country music, emo/screamo music
As I said before, these only affect priority, I will still mod a song I don't like, it will just have lower priority.
Also, I will not mod your SB, unless something specifically happens to stand out to me
