all notes like 00:11:805 (2) / 00:15:455 (2) / 00:22:756 (2) / etc should be removed since it's a little odd having both 1/2 after a finisher as well as improvising to the melody here but it's actually 1/4 off. ykwim?

if you feel like it's not dense enough after this then mapping 00:10:208 and the like for filler rhythm could work
