notice: complete requests will be exhibited in batches. the total inventory of our existing ~14 pending requests (at original time of writing) were estimated to complete incubation in [x] days, but there is a slim chance they may be completed a day or two sooner than anticipated through the course of the next few batches
at this point, in light of having foolishly drawn a request with a higher-effort sampling method, the existing pending requests will be done on an at-will basis instead of their chronological order to relieve the pressure
requests are still accepted, and this at-will basis means three things:
+ if your request was late, you now have a fairer chance of seeing your Survey Sample at the end of its incubation period
+ in submitting a new request, you should recognize that you will have an increasingly slim chance of finding your Survey Sample under incubation
+ if your request appeals to my whims of favor and convenience, your request will likely be under incubation sooner
