Okay, that question does not make sense. Where does it state that it is an indicator of feeling good or bad or feeling something else? You might say "I feel 4/10" 4/10 of what?

Today I am feeling with my nerve endings, most of which are located in my skin. I think would be a 3.83 on the scale (rounded to 3 significant figures), thanks for asking.
