After a normal thread from the Off-Topic turned into a skinning discussion, some people talked about an OT (Off-Topic) skin, who didn't exist (they already tried maps collabs but not skins...). Then, 1 or 2 persons started to make a skin, but a bit special: the "OT skin". Then, they started to organize the creation of this skin. After more than 1 month of work and some shitposts, the joke became real and created this skin for all modes. Around 16 OT!denizens contribued to make a joke a real thing.
