Anyways the issue is caused by the font, Inter, which uses a different variant of the "-" (U+002D) depending on what's on the left or on the right. If the "-" is between 2 uppercase charcters or next to one uppercase character and nothing on the otherside, as long there's isn't a lowercase character, the "-" will be slightly moved up, within a limit of 5 "-" next to the character to the left (up to 2 space between the character and the "-" is accepted), and no limit on the right

if that's your definition I guess it's rp, but yeah, i'm not doing it for RP, not trying to play any role or character or create lore or whatever, it's just something I was able to discuss to make and so far everyone is cool with it so yeah I actually have this power, true that it can be granted away or not be acted upon but so far everyone has been chill

The government unanimously chose to vote against restoring this thread, though achromalia wasn't there beacuse they only get online once every blue moon. For the gmts blushing and kobold also voted against restoring it. Certain members of the parliament/GMT thought the actions were too harsh/too soft, but none agree to resurrect it.

the grounds against restoring this thread is that the discussion surrounding therapy being a scam is considered potentially harmful, additionally, the posts about femboys threaded into dangerous territory and the ussage of the R-slur didn't help it either. Additional concers were raised about the thread becoming another blahaj thread if it was left alive, with more people giving their "hot takes" about sexuality and the such, which are not things we want to see in OT. Resurrecting this thread after it was already wastleanded probably would also just make the conversation in it worse.

we've just recieved a response to the form complaining about the rainbow threads and asking for a lock. I have two things to say about this.

First of all, this is a appeal thread, NOT a report thread, the government will act in response to actions deemed unfair, such as a thread locked or wastelanded when you don't think it's fair. But if this is not in response to an action a GMT has taken, but rather, their inaction, please use the in-forum report feature, which is this button right here



Secondly, I frankly don't think there is anything against the rules in those threads, the anaxii ones are daily, that's true, but the cooldown is respected, the threads are inoffensive, and the people who jumped it were just partaking in a small meta.

not that time, my original post was the joke (label two people as the gays, tell them to lock each other up, i assume thats someone's kind of humor-- there were a couple reinterpretations of "locked up" that i thought were funny which i dont think are forum appropriate to describe)

i speak confusingly because i am sometimes (often) confusing or sometimes am just gratifying myself with something that's fun for me, otherwise i usually dont bother posting these days

i think people thought i meant things, i wrote what i wrote thinking what they wrote was not really meant to mean anything other than be funny, so i thought of a thing i thought could be funny for me

I agree wholeheartedly with the non-absolutes statement. My initial intent behind saying “poly in a nutshell” and claiming you “come to conclusions” was just a lighthearted friendly jab.

Then you responded in a serious manner.

So I responded with an observational statement for fun that had no intent of riling you up, but it ended up doing so because you could not read the meaning and intent behind my words.

Also, the quotations around “probably” was to emphasize that it was a joke. No ill-intent behind it.

Generally speaking, the more emojis I use, the less serious I’m being. But just because I’m unserious, does not mean that I’m being fake or untruthful.
