This is too hard for a Hard, mainly because of the big spacing (and jumps) and 1/4s (which make some rhythms confusing).
InsaneWell, Aestethically, mixing compressed and normal streams is better if used in a good manner, just too say.
Aesthetically, having 1/4s both compressed and regularly spaced in the diff is rather bad. Just choose one you'll stick to - it will look better.
I'm not a fan of these slow downs at all. All of them surprised me and some even confused me for the coming notes.
