I mean, those are values that every single human being should have. Being strong (either phisically or mentally) and being kind to others is as masculine as it is femenine as it is neither, those are core human values, not something masculineYmir wrote:

I agree with you. I've noticed that a lot of these people that say a man should be traditionally masculine are often times conservative in their views about the world.
Some of these qualities can help one out. Being competitive, for example, can be a quality that makes one persevere in something that they truly wish to achieve, but it has to be done in a way that isn't destructive to you as a person and/or others around you. Being strong is also a pretty good quality one could have, since not everything should put you down, but again, it should be done in a way that isn't destructive to you and/or others.
I will say that being extremely submissive, for the lack of a better word, also isn't great, though. One needs a balance in this matter, alongside knowing yourself and what you care and don't care about. I think that's the biggest issue we have currently in the world we live in.
