First OT President Impeachment Trial

Welcome ladies and gentlemen to the first ever osu! Off-Topic impeachment trial.
I am your host, Asian Warlord

As you may know, our current president Patatitta has found impeachable two offenses.
This thread was made by our fellow osu! GMT (Globe Moderation Team) Kobold84: The President's Possible Impeachment Investigation.
Please read this before choosing your vote on the poll above this post.

Let me be clear: impeachment is not a decision we take lightly. It is a grave and solemn undertaking, reserved for only the most serious of offenses against the state. But when confronted with evidence of wrongdoing so blatant and so egregious, we cannot shirk our responsibility to hold those in power accountable.

The poll will be revealed in 5 days and would result of the current president Patatitta, continue as the President or should be removed from the office. THE VOTING WON’T COUNT I DON’T HAVE THE PRIVILEGE YET.

I don't think this legally holds, not a trial and instead just a vote, so yeah, the results doesn't even matter lmao

the government was elected by the people, so it should be decided by the people.

quite interesting how you wanna only your clique to decide if you stay or not.

also the offense against the constitution happened, and that should throw you out of the seat right away, be glad once that we're giving you a chance.

also the GMT's doesnt decide shit on the government lol, we gave you the crown told how it works and you still bow to them, quite weak for a president.

One thing I like about pattatita is that he actually gets things done, but he also leans toward disregarding traditions and historics.

I look forward to the court trial, but ultimately parliament is deciding whether pattatita stays or goes. It's a matter of parliament giving a sufficiently good enough reason for their decision for it to be accepted - a decision that will be proxied through whoever they select be the judge of the OTCourt trial.

That's not really true. He created a new thread for denizen to not erase the old one. People complained about it but they would have complained if he edited the old one instead.
Also the fact that he keeps the denizen system alive in its new form instead of just abandoning it.

nah initially I said I wanted to delete denizen not become a dictator. My original plan to actually edit denizen was to edit the original denizen thread to minimize bitching, posting a backup in the actual thread before that, but kobold suggested doing another thread and went "yeah sure"
