I also plan for equal rights of the fans of lover of many, such as car or plane lovers or vtuber fans, holy memorials and churches/clubs will be made for these fans of many and if any of them get destroyed/locked then severe punishments will be made

I disagree with having an intermediate rank. If we aren't even obeying the denizen rule and giving denizen 6 months late, how are we going to manage to keep those two things at once?

For me, my plan was the wait to be 3-4 months instead, just to make the wait much shorter, but as well following the condition they are at least active throughout those months

Although 8 months is the base requirement, contribution is certainly a bigger deciding factor, hence why people get it much later. This isn't something that started with our takeover, even the Old Government gave me Denizenship more than 15 months into my dwell, for the exact same reasons.
