Hey!
From my Q.
Light Insane:
Use Small grid
00:02:549 (3) - I'm sure you can improve the look of this with a blanket http://i.imgur.com/3f3hy12.png It looks the same to me
00:05:344 (2) - The sounds you're using as emphasis here is the same as 00:03:108 (4) - , but SOMEHOW, the spacing of 00:05:344 (2) - is more than double of the first example. this is just the slow part of the song, try to be a bit more consistent at least in the first seconds of the song, especially with the contrast you have when 00:06:276 (1) - is really, REALLY nearby. Fixed
00:07:580 (1) - In my opinion, this NC shouldn't be here, first of all is a red tick, and ALSO, the part when the music truly speeds up is 00:07:766 (2) - , it makes more sense to the NC to be here 00:07:766 (2) - Fixed
00:11:493 (6) - You put a NC here 00:12:611 (1) - , going by this and consistency, shouldn't 00:11:493 (6) - have a NC as well? Fixed
00:17:083 (1) - This feels cheap comparing this to what you did on 00:14:474 (2,3,4,5) -, especially because it comes from hitting 00:16:338 (11) - , it feels... underwhelming , maybe try to do some 1/2 sliders instead? Fixed
00:24:350 (2) - The feedback for this note is REALLY low, because the sound you're using as base is being overwhelm by much stronger beats happening in this part. just compare it to 00:24:164 (1) - and 00:24:536 (3) - . now, what I'm trying to say? that this note could work more as an slider end for this reason, maybe make 00:24:164 (1) - a 1/2 slider, same with 00:25:282 (5) - , actually, they could also work with 00:24:164 (1) - being a triple because of the cymbal you're ignoring 00:24:257 - . I just changed it into streams
00:24:164 (1,2) - This def should be a slider Fixed
00:31:990 (1,2,3,4,5,6) - So, why are you increasing the DS between jumps here if in a very similar part like 00:27:518 (1,2,3,4,5) - you kept it very constant, also, there's nothing happening in the song to make this go "Let's go higher!" when the voice is constant and there's really nothing happening in the background, and actually it makes less sense when comparing this next pattern on 00:33:481 (2,3,4,1,2,3) - when you used a more normal DS and pattern in a very similar part. OK Fixed the DS
00:34:599 - Why the slowdown? Fixed
00:37:114 (6) - This is overmapped, there's nothing here, and while yes, the voice you could say, but there's no vibration here for a note Fixed
00:57:145 (2,5) - Just... no, this really awkward starting the Kiai, because of what you're using as beats for the note and the sliders, with the starting point being a note when the hold on happens, and the slider on a red tick, try this: http://i.imgur.com/n5VHZto.png Fixed
00:59:940 (1,2) - Same suggestion here, the Slider should be first based on what beat is strong, and then a Jumpy note after, not the other way around, the Slider on the red tick feels off. Fixed
01:11:866 (1,2) - Same here, swap them, first Slider because is when the voice holds on and then the note, remember, this is not preference, but what feels more natural to play. Fixed
01:21:555 (3) - CTR G Fixed
01:39:443 (2,3,4) - Stack this, your stacking leniency is high enough. Fixed
Good diff! just try to pay more attention to red sliders, and see if they're truly on a strong hold on beat.
Insane:
00:25:654 - This should be an slider. I think this is a slider...?
00:25:889 - I don't get the idea of having such a small SV, when from here 00:34:226 (3) - to 00:34:226 (3) - the voice is literally the same volume / pitch / constant etc etc, yeah, there area variations, but you're making the player experiment different speeds on places where there's not much happening, the jumps should be enough to put emphasis on rhythm sections I agree, Fixed the problem
00:33:108 (1) - This shouldn't be this, why? because you're making the player have a lot of action and movement all over this section, but this big reverse just works in an underwhelming way, maybe try making it some 1/2 sliders instead? Thanks Fixed! But I feel jumps are better than 1/2 sliders because of the respective difficulty
00:35:903 (4) - This shouldn't be this much of a jump, it can still be a jump, but make it less than 00:36:089 (5) - because the "Stronger voice" starts on 00:36:089 (5) - , and doesn't make sense if this stronger part has a smaller DS than 00:35:717 (3,4) - when there's nothing much happening
Fixed!
00:40:002 (2,3,4,5) - blanket this better, use small grid Fixed
00:52:487 (1,2,3,4,5,1,2,3,1,2,1) - This is really, REALLY, overdone, I mean, 00:51:741 (4,5) - these sliders are sitting on the same sound and they're not as separated, in my opinion, make an "increasing DS on every note" like you did on 00:53:977 (1,2,1,2,1,2,1,2) - , that way it won't feel as overdone and of course, still keeping the intensity, also, it will make this 00:53:977 (1,2,1,2,1,2,1,2) - feel more intense, not "Oh big jumps... oh look more big jumps... " but instead "oh things are getting jumpier... oh god big jumps!" Ok Fixed, gradually increased DS starting from a lower one
01:13:356 (1) - CTR G this Done
Good diff! Thank you!
Sorry if a timecopypaste doesn't fit!
Thank you for mod!
