Heya! M4M thingy

[Easy]
- 03:09:380 (3,2) - Perfect stack
Seems ready!

[Normal]
Ready for sure.

[Hard]
- 00:00:462 (1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4) - I am not too sure if you should keep this
- 00:28:637 (3) - I'm sure that you can make this one look better
- 00:30:461 (3) - ^, this shape is too extreme imo
- 00:33:299 (2,3) - Tone changes on these so consider moving them to different places
- 00:56:407 (4) - Weeeh I don't think the shape of these fi. I'd like to see something like this though http://puu.sh/lQfER/2c55646607.jpg I wont point out any more of these
- 00:58:840 (3,4) - Maybe increase the spacing on these? That would fit better imo
- 02:05:326 (3,4) - Increase the spacing again? And btw I don't think the curves fit that well on 02:03:705 (1,2,3,4) -
- 03:28:840 (5,6,7) - This can look better imo, for example 03:29:042 (6) - 's spacing is not perfect

[Cloud's Insane]
What's with the dark and creepy bg change O.o
- 02:34:516 - To 02:41:002 - I expected you to use a lot of tripples there but instead you ignore most of the guitar sounds and follow.. idk what. 02:34:516 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7) - Seems very out of place for example! This is probably my only concern about this diff

Good luck!

Ready for sure.

[Hard]
- 00:00:462 (1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4) - I am not too sure if you should keep this i like it though ;w; will keep for now
- 00:28:637 (3) - I'm sure that you can make this one look better sure
- 00:30:461 (3) - ^, this shape is too extreme imo k i made it less stupid
- 00:33:299 (2,3) - Tone changes on these so consider moving them to different places this was intentional since it gives more emphasis to that one spot, but moving them isn't bad either; will give it more thought
- 00:56:407 (4) - Weeeh I don't think the shape of these fi. I'd like to see something like this though http://puu.sh/lQfER/2c55646607.jpg I wont point out any more of these i think the shapes are fine, but i do agree they could use some refinement
- 00:58:840 (3,4) - Maybe increase the spacing on these? That would fit better imo sure
- 02:05:326 (3,4) - Increase the spacing again? And btw I don't think the curves fit that well on 02:03:705 (1,2,3,4) - increased spacing. as for the curve, i'll give it some more thought
- 03:28:840 (5,6,7) - This can look better imo, for example 03:29:042 (6) - 's spacing is not perfect i literally just made it a diamond shape by copy/pasting and then rotating by 90 degrees, so spacing should be right, even though DS seems to be fussy about it. anyways, i rotated the diamond by a little bit so it looks a little better

[Cloud's Insane]
What's with the dark and creepy bg change O.o this was actually intentional because it makes sense if you ever watched the show this song is from. also in case you didn't notice, the bg slowly loses colour and gets "darker" as the difficulty increases, so to speak

Good luck!
Thanks for the mod! Still need to mod your map, expect it soon ;)

Was following the melody at that part...
Not sure what you were hearing there to be getting a lot of triples.

Anyway, I remapped that part because the original rhythm was complex and hard to dt xddd

02:39:583 (2,3) - the 1/4 spaced 1/2 sliders while overlapping like you do later = less confuse. people gonna assume 1/2 slider starts on 1/2 tick since thats how the world works
02:41:002 (1,2) - vs 02:47:489 (1,2) - what the heck
also making the 1/2 gap after 1/4 obvious with huge spacing like in the second instance = good idea

hard
same ar as insane o k lowering this one is sense
02:47:083 (4,5,6) - um problem cant map 1/4 when there's only 1/6. leaving it empty like senyor splash is a yes

normal
the distance snap you chose here is kinda shit. people usually choose to either overlap 1/2 (like what would be 1.1x or lower ds for you) or space them (which would be 1.4x and up). either would work fine, but being in the middle makes for poop aesthetics and really obvious minor spacing inconsistencies, like 01:55:597 (4,5,6) - is barely spaced apart, then 01:57:218 (1,2,3) - is barely touching and it is triggereing me so hard
so basically im saying to rearrange objects with a different distance snap g
and that being ill just not mention anything else

ez
00:47:489 (1) - on the lowest diffsliderbodies should have as clear of paths as possible. both of us know that there's a hidden corner here, but scrubs won't. basically you'll want that corner thing to always be visible for scrubs
03:15:461 (3,1) - what is this placement please

Easy

Looks good to me, enjoyed playing the map and had nice parts in it.

Normal

00:10:191 (4) - Try matching the tilt from slider 5
00:16:678 (4) - Same as above, matching the tilt looks nicer in my opinion
01:41:002 (1) - I would maintain the pattern as so 02:23:164 (4,5) - Doesn't look nice, make them the same tilt
03:20:529 (2,3) - ^

Hard

01:14:245 (5,7) - I would try stacking these
01:20:529 (4) - Curve the first point of the slider so it flows better
02:08:975 (2,3) - This is beyond strict but just a note, blanket 02:20:732 (5,7) - Try stacking and let me know what you think. I will stop pointing these out now

Cloud's Insane

00:13:434 (1,2,3) - The jump is inconsistent
00:16:880 (2,4) - Stacking stuff just like hard difficulty so i will leave it to you
00:32:894 (1,2,3) - Maybe try making the jump from 1 to 2 smaller and have a larger jump from 2 to 3. This matches the instruments increase in pitch and strength
01:19:516 (4,1) - Incredibly strict blanket, top left could be curved in more.
01:32:894 (1,2,3) - Inconsistent spacing
01:39:380 (1,2,3) - Similar to the one at 00:32:894 (1,2,3)
02:15:664 (3,5) - Strict blanket 02:26:407 (1,3) - I'm sorry
03:10:191 (1,2) - Blanket

Sorry for not putting in much, the difficulties were done well and i struggled to find mistakes. I also loved what you did with the backgrounds. Good job !

Fixed both things from pishifat's mod.
Changed the stack part and fixed a few of the more noticeable blankets from Ben's mod.
Also reworked a couple of the flows to play better.

02:45:867 (1,2,3,4) - confusing, look at (1)(4), i suggest nc on 4 or hit by spacing
02:47:995 (2) - staring a slider at blue stick, especially with high DS, is really hard for player to catch the rhythm. i tried many times and i always got 100 on this note

Nice map, just small suggestions below
  1. 00:08:164 (1) - small thing, but maybe start the 1.1x SV on this slider (and all other similar parts)
  2. 01:52:556 (2,3) - ctrl+g to give more emphasis to the stronger beats on 01:52:353 (1) and 01:52:961 (4)
  3. 02:27:624 (4,5) - I think slightly larger spacing (~1.9x) and sharper angle would play better. Like something similar to what you have at 02:14:651 (5,6)
  4. 02:56:407 (5) - maybe NC so visual effect matches song
  5. 03:19:414 - good place for triplet imo
[Normal]
Same thing, just small suggestions
  1. 00:19:313 (3,4,5) - I would make this less curved to help with flow http://puu.sh/lTaop/3062f50b8f.jpg
  2. 01:43:232 (5,6,1) - Copy the pattern from 01:41:610 (2,3,4) and use it here. Currently. it feels that (5,6,1) are spaced too far apart since they're in a line.
  3. 03:01:070 (2) - feels strange to have finish on end of slider and leave 03:01:678 (3) hanging. Adding a note at 03:01:880 - feels better (also follows vocal).
  4. 03:16:475 - add note here? not sure if that would make it too difficult, but the musical phrase ends at 03:19:516 - which would give player a short break after 4 measures of playing instead of 2.
  5. 03:22:961 - ^
  6. 03:28:840 (3,4) - prefer if you didn't stack here since notes sound different
[Cloud's Insane]
  1. 00:06:543 (5,6) - spacing too large for <4* map imo
  2. 01:05:225 - possible place for triplet
  3. 02:31:171 - ^
  4. 02:35:022 (3,4) - personal preference, but you could make this (and other similar places) into a kick slider instead for more funk.
  5. 02:41:002 (1) - maybe 1/2 slider + note instead to add some emphasis to 02:41:306 -
  6. 02:47:286 - don't really like the pause here, maybe add a triplet before the slider
  7. 02:56:205 - add note here to be consistent with rest of song (like 00:56:205 (1) - )
  8. 02:59:853 (2,3,4,1,2,3,1,2,1) - <3
  9. 03:13:029 (9,10) - felt the spacing was a little large here during my playthrough
  10. 03:17:286 (4) - I'd break this into 1/2 rhythms since you're doubling hitsound frequency in this section
  11. 03:29:448 - needs a note here imo
You're a good enough mapper that I'm sure easy diff is fine (don't feel like modding it lol)
Hope this helps and good luck with getting this ranked!

  1. 02:47:995 (2) - Compared to the previous iteration of this pattern 02:41:509 (2) - , this slider has very low spacing to the point where I'd thought it landed on the red tick. It's a bit inconsistent for me, so I suggest spacing it out more similarly.
[Hard]
  1. 00:18:907 (2) - I don't quite understand why these notes have more spacing than the finishing notes at 00:20:732 (4) - . The later one is much more stronger both in beat (clap against whistle) and vocal (as it finishes on a high note). I recommend reworking your spacings on all of these patterns.
  2. 02:33:705 (4) - Strong cymbal sound here, so should be a finish.
  3. 02:36:948 (3,4) - I really do think it's a good opportunity emphasise the guitar and map the red ticks here. You've done it in a similar instance here 02:39:583 (1,2) - , and since it only appears in one part it would be a waste to let it slide.
-

The rest of the mapset is very well done. Good luck.

[Easy]
00:08:164 (1) - hmm, consider mapping this, single circle is kinda nice here
- happens @ 01:02:083 (1) - too, this is just a suggestion, way you have it sounds fine too xd
- and @ 02:08:164 -
00:45:867 (3) - I don't see what you're mapping with the return part of this slider, there's a vocal it in the middle of it, but that's kinda weird, and next drum hit doesn't start till 00:47:489 (1) - How about this?
http://puu.sh/lUD9m/05b7c397ae.png
00:14:448 (3) - 01:07:961 (3) - Are these the same? I think they're hit sounded differently doe.
01:39:380 (2) - I kinda like this setup here. Emphasizes the hold on the last hit more compared to the first two notes, which are more like singles
http://puu.sh/lUDzL/b1d6697482.png
01:52:353 (3) - This is same as 45:867 I believe
03:15:867 (4) - This border line feels really close to 1
03:23:164 (1) - That's really close to HP bar, 0.o
03:29:651 (1) - You should put 1/16 death stream here.

[Normal]
00:25:394 (2) - This is a personal thing, but I don't like horizontal sliders along the bottom of the map. xd
00:37:151 - Any way you can map this note? like how you mapped 00:35:124 (2) - I tried messing with it but couldn't come up with much that wasn't the exact same as the first part, which your mapped second part offers more diversity.
00:46:475 (6) - would move this out from under since it's a new note on vocals/drums
01:01:678 (1) - AHA! You mapped this here, but not in the easy. I would carry this over to easy xd
01:09:786 (3) - hmm, I dunno how I feel about these being buried. There was one earlier in the song too. Notes like 01:08:164 (6) - feel great underneath, other times it's kinda weird. I like it how it plays currently but other people might comment on it.
01:34:516 (2) - That's really close to HP bar
01:47:895 (2) - & 02:32:286 (3) - Further commenting on 1:09, these aren't stacked, but they're individual vocal/drum notes, kinda feels inconsistent
02:52:353 - There's nothing to map here, but it does make flow nice... prob fine on normal
02:53:975 (1) - I like these unburied, this is kinda neat...
http://puu.sh/lUKKm/08c6896a7c.png
http://puu.sh/lUKKY/3376c81c8d.png

[Hard]
00:09:178 (3) - The jump between 3 and 4 just doesn't look right, I think it's the slider (3)... if you move the little square to the middle it fixes it
00:20:326 (2) - You know what I love? When people turn off distance snap and using spacing for emphasis. <3
00:32:894 (1) - I saw this spacing in another map for a section just like that and thought it was interesting, no change needed, but this is kinda neat
http://puu.sh/lULec/bae0a40645.png
01:39:380 (1) - Same as 32:894
03:26:002 (5) - I feel bad for the people that will FC up to this point then miss stream. Fits really well. :D
03:29:651 (1) - Would move this out from underneath for emphasis
This difficulty looks really nice.

Hope this helped, best of luck getting ranked. Oh, and a star for picking this great song. xd

00:08:164 (1) - hmm, consider mapping this, single circle is kinda nice here
- happens @ 01:02:083 (1) - too, this is just a suggestion, way you have it sounds fine too xd
- and @ 02:08:164 - added all three circles
00:45:867 (3) - I don't see what you're mapping with the return part of this slider, there's a vocal it in the middle of it, but that's kinda weird, and next drum hit doesn't start till 00:47:489 (1) - How about this? it's landing on a drum sound, no change here
http://puu.sh/lUD9m/05b7c397ae.png
00:14:448 (3) - 01:07:961 (3) - Are these the same? I think they're hit sounded differently doe. hitsounds make sense though, so i'll leave as is for now
01:39:380 (2) - I kinda like this setup here. Emphasizes the hold on the last hit more compared to the first two notes, which are more like singles i think this is currently fine; also, there's no beat on the fourth beat in this bar, so having a 1/1 slider on the third beat wouldn't really be the best idea
http://puu.sh/lUDzL/b1d6697482.png
01:52:353 (3) - This is same as 45:867 I believe yeah it's landing on the percussion, so no change
03:15:867 (4) - This border line feels really close to 1 i think it's fine
03:23:164 (1) - That's really close to HP bar, 0.o i think it's fine, so long as it's not obstructing the hp bar
03:29:651 (1) - You should put 1/16 death stream here. for an easy? yeah no

[Normal]
00:25:394 (2) - This is a personal thing, but I don't like horizontal sliders along the bottom of the map. xd b-but it's not horizontal, it's curved ;w;
00:37:151 - Any way you can map this note? like how you mapped 00:35:124 (2) - I tried messing with it but couldn't come up with much that wasn't the exact same as the first part, which your mapped second part offers more diversity. i think it's fine without the circle, no change for now
00:46:475 (6) - would move this out from under since it's a new note on vocals/drums again, i think it's fine
01:01:678 (1) - AHA! You mapped this here, but not in the easy. I would carry this over to easy xd yeahhh
01:09:786 (3) - hmm, I dunno how I feel about these being buried. There was one earlier in the song too. Notes like 01:08:164 (6) - feel great underneath, other times it's kinda weird. I like it how it plays currently but other people might comment on it. again, i think these are fine the way they are
01:34:516 (2) - That's really close to HP bar not too big a deal, i think
01:47:895 (2) - & 02:32:286 (3) - Further commenting on 1:09, these aren't stacked, but they're individual vocal/drum notes, kinda feels inconsistent it's intent was to be similar to 00:41:408 (2,3,4), so i'll leave it as is for now
02:52:353 - There's nothing to map here, but it does make flow nice... prob fine on normal there's a faint beat here, so i think it should be fine
02:53:975 (1) - I like these unburied, this is kinda neat... i prefer them buried; in my opinion it places an emphasis on that single spot
http://puu.sh/lUKKm/08c6896a7c.png
http://puu.sh/lUKKY/3376c81c8d.png

[Hard]
00:09:178 (3) - The jump between 3 and 4 just doesn't look right, I think it's the slider (3)... if you move the little square to the middle it fixes it think i fixed it
00:20:326 (2) - You know what I love? When people turn off distance snap and using spacing for emphasis. <3 i just wanted a cross pattern here lol
00:32:894 (1) - I saw this spacing in another map for a section just like that and thought it was interesting, no change needed, but this is kinda neat i prefer the emphasis on the one spot, so no change
http://puu.sh/lULec/bae0a40645.png
01:39:380 (1) - Same as 32:894 ^
03:26:002 (5) - I feel bad for the people that will FC up to this point then miss stream. Fits really well. :D
03:29:651 (1) - Would move this out from underneath for emphasis moved the (1)
This difficulty looks really nice.

Hope this helped, best of luck getting ranked. Oh, and a star for picking this great song. xd
Thanks for the mod and star!

Hi

[General]
Easy -> • Object is unsnapped:
02:20:936 {140936} Slider edge

[Easy]
00:00:462 (1,2,3,4) - Why not try to make them symmetrical?
00:41:002 (1) - Why not differentiate the finishes? imo it's better if the head gets softfinish, and the tail gets normalfinish (Same for Normal/Hard)
01:02:083 (1) - 3/2 feels out of place, 1/1 follows the song better
01:47:489 (1) - Why not differentiate the finishes? imo it's better if the head gets softfinish, and the tail gets normalfinish (Same for Normal/Hard)

Nice diff

[Normal]
00:18:299 (1,5,6) - Imperfect stacks/overlaps thingie. When (1,6) ae stacked it probably is fine
03:01:678 (3,4,5) - Too much 1/2 sliders after eachother feels weird, and quite hard
03:27:624 (2,3,4) - Spacing feels weird for normal, as (4) is close to the previous object, and visible when (2) disappears, why may create a false sense of rhythm
Overall, a good diff, but I'm not a fan of those stacked 1/2 circles (under the sldiertails)

[Hard]
00:11:813 (1) - Hits HPBar
00:18:299 (1,2) - Plays pretty weird, why not move this to 192:200 (or similar) as it still creates a jump, but it gives a much better flow!
00:41:205 - This gap feels really weird, as everything is 1/2 (or 1/4), no 1/1 is used except this gap
02:31:880 (2) - See 2 above
Good

[Cloud]
Seems fine, (Quickly checked it as I was only modding a few diffs), but the quick reverses, such as 03:29:043 (5) - should be in 1/6

Good luck

[Easy]
00:00:462 (1,2,3,4) - Why not try to make them symmetrical? 00:00:462 (1,2,3,4,1) - is a i'm pentagon shape, so probably not going to change this
00:41:002 (1) - Why not differentiate the finishes? imo it's better if the head gets softfinish, and the tail gets normalfinish (Same for Normal/Hard) gonna talk this through with Little since the hitsounds at that point are the same in all difficulties, and i'd rather it be consistent throughout all difficulties
01:02:083 (1) - 3/2 feels out of place, 1/1 follows the song better i think the 3/2 is more fitting since it hits the vocals
01:47:489 (1) - Why not differentiate the finishes? imo it's better if the head gets softfinish, and the tail gets normalfinish (Same for Normal/Hard) same comment; will need to discuss with Little first

Nice diff

[Normal]
00:18:299 (1,5,6) - Imperfect stacks/overlaps thingie. When (1,6) ae stacked it probably is fine fixed the stack here
03:01:678 (3,4,5) - Too much 1/2 sliders after eachother feels weird, and quite hard i think it's fine since it's the last chorus, but i might nerf it if other people point this out as well
03:27:624 (2,3,4) - Spacing feels weird for normal, as (4) is close to the previous object, and visible when (2) disappears, why may create a false sense of rhythm moved this around to avoid confusion, hopefully it reads better now
Overall, a good diff, but I'm not a fan of those stacked 1/2 circles (under the sldiertails)

[Hard]
00:11:813 (1) - Hits HPBar b-but it isn't even touching the hp bar on my screen? (double checked using the default skin: https://osu.ppy.sh/ss/4170516)
00:18:299 (1,2) - Plays pretty weird, why not move this to 192:200 (or similar) as it still creates a jump, but it gives a much better flow! tried it, but it doesn't give as much emphasis to the finish on the (2) in my opinion
00:41:205 - This gap feels really weird, as everything is 1/2 (or 1/4), no 1/1 is used except this gap the gap is there to accentuate the finishes; if other people point this out and don't like it, i'll probably replace it with a 1/1 slider or something
02:31:880 (2) - See 2 above same answer there applies to here
Good

Good luck
Thanks for the mod, Baraatje!

Heyo~ From my M4M queue.

General:
  1. Why do you use four BG’s that look exactly the same? Lol. Maybe rather use BG’s that are different?
  2. You can change audio lead-in to 2000ms, just to be safe.

Cloud’s Insane:
  1. 00:05:732 (2) –I suggest you rather replace this repeat slider with a normal slider to be consistent with 00:04:110 (2,2) – Seems a bit sudden if you at first used normal sliders and then suddenly a repeat slider.
  2. 00:12:016 –I can hear a vocal here. So imo it would be better to do this instead:
  3. 00:15:461 (2) –I don’t think it’s a good idea to stack since it prevents smooth flow.
  4. 00:31:880 (3) –Ctrl+J this slider. Better flow imo.
  5. 00:38:975 (6) –I don’t really like the placement of this circle. I suggest avoiding the overlap with 00:38:570 (4) –
  6. 00:57:016 (3) –Again, the stacking thing.
  7. 00:59:246 (2) –Same as 00:05:732 (2) –
  8. 01:13:029 (4) –The stacking thing again.
  9. 01:20:934 (5) –Maybe add new combo here, since so far no combo had been this long.
  10. 01:48:502 (5) –This slider doesn’t follow the rhythm that nicely imo. Maybe try this:
  11. 01:50:934 – and 01:51:745 –You miss important vocals here. I think it would be better to split that slider up into a short slider and a circle to map the vocals.
  12. 02:03:502 (3) –Stacking thing, etc.
  13. 02:05:732 (2) –Same as first suggestion.
  14. 02:09:178 (3,5,2,4) –This looks a bit bad, since all these objects are crammed into one space. I would suggest that you try avoiding them overlapping each other by using the rest of the grid.
  15. 02:36:948 (7) –Add new combo? This combo is longer than the rest.
  16. 02:57:624 (2,3,4,5,6,7) –This just looks . . . bad. Lol.
  17. 03:09:380 (6) –New combo?
  18. 03:12:624 (7) –New combo here. That combo looks quite long and causes inconsistency.

Hard:
  1. Uncheck widescreen support. You don’t have a SB.
  2. 00:14:651 (3) –Stacking notes like this sometimes prevents smooth flow. I suggest to rather unstack.
  3. 00:18:907 (2) –Placing this circle here causes bad flow. This placement is sometimes not even recommended in an Insane, so I suggest you try to place this circle somewhere else.
  4. 00:53:164 (3) –Rather place this slider in the left side of the grid to avoid cramming the notes into one space.
  5. 00:56:407 (4) –New combo here?
  6. 01:08:164 (5) –Again, the stacking thing.
  7. 01:14:651 (7) –I don’t like this placement. Either stack it on 01:14:245 (5) – or avoid the overlap.
  8. 01:17:489 (3,4,1) –This spacing looks inconsistent . . . or larger than the rest.
  9. 01:25:394 (2) –Same as 00:18:907 (2) –
  10. 02:14:651 (5) –Stacking thing again.
  11. 02:21:137 (7) –Same as 01:14:651 (7) –

I didn’t point out every little thing, since that would be silly. So I suggest just going over the diff again and also change the similar stuff that you changed at other places.

Normal:
  1. Uncheck Widescreen support.
  2. 00:09:786 (3) –I would never suggest stacking like this in an easier diff. It would be best to space that circle normally. There are a lot of other places as well where you did this but I’m not gonna point out every single one. AiMod points some of them out too.
  3. 01:29:245 (3,6) –There are a lot of places where you overlapped, but for some reason this one stood out to me since it looks so unnecessary, so I suggest you try to avoid the overlap.

Easy:
  1. 00:19:313 (2) –Be careful of using repeat sliders like this in an Easy. I suggest you doublecheck with a QAT or BN member if they’re fine.
  2. 00:48:705 (2,4) –I remember that Bakari sometimes have a problem with stacks like this since it can be difficult for beginners to clearly see this note: 00:50:326 (4) – To be safe I suggest avoiding the stack or doublechecking with someone.
  3. 01:55:191 (2,4) -^

Overall this is a pretty nice mapset.
Good Luck getting this ranked~!

  1. Why do you use four BG’s that look exactly the same? Lol. Maybe rather use BG’s that are different? explained this already, but here's the explanation again. the show this song is from presents itself as a slice of life "cute girls doing cute things at school" anime, but is slowly revealed to be a post-zombie apocalypse survival anime about these girls trying to survive. as the series goes on, it starts to get darker and darker to reflect the true nature of the show, which is why the difficulty starts off being bright and colourful in the Easy difficulty, then slowly starts to lose its colour as the difficulty increases, and then changes to show the post-apocalyptic setting in the hardest difficulty
  2. You can change audio lead-in to 2000ms, just to be safe. mm i think the current lead-in should be fine

Hard:
  1. Uncheck widescreen support. You don’t have a SB. could've sworn i already unchecked it for all difficulties lol woops. fixed
  2. 00:14:651 (3) –Stacking notes like this sometimes prevents smooth flow. I suggest to rather unstack. it doesn't seem too flow-breaking to me, but i'll consider changing it if somebody else suggests unstacking it as well
  3. 00:18:907 (2) –Placing this circle here causes bad flow. This placement is sometimes not even recommended in an Insane, so I suggest you try to place this circle somewhere else. again, i don't think it's too flow-breaking, but baraatje also suggested i move it, so i'll probably do so it i get this suggestion one more time
  4. 00:53:164 (3) –Rather place this slider in the left side of the grid to avoid cramming the notes into one space. it's similar in effect to 00:49:110 (1,2,3) - , so i'm gonna keep the stack for now
  5. 00:56:407 (4) –New combo here? doesn't feel right since it's a part of the same phrase
  6. 01:08:164 (5) –Again, the stacking thing. same comment there applies to here
  7. 01:14:651 (7) –I don’t like this placement. Either stack it on 01:14:245 (5) – or avoid the overlap. fine; stacked the (5) and (7)
  8. 01:17:489 (3,4,1) –This spacing looks inconsistent . . . or larger than the rest. i don't see any problems here
  9. 01:25:394 (2) –Same as 00:18:907 (2) – same comment there applies to here
  10. 02:14:651 (5) –Stacking thing again. ^
  11. 02:21:137 (7) –Same as 01:14:651 (7) – yeah i stacked this as well

  3. 01:29:245 (3,6) –There are a lot of places where you overlapped, but for some reason this one stood out to me since it looks so unnecessary, so I suggest you try to avoid the overlap. ok i think i fixed it

Easy:
  1. 00:19:313 (2) –Be careful of using repeat sliders like this in an Easy. I suggest you doublecheck with a QAT or BN member if they’re fine. i agree, though i think it should be fine for the most part

Caution: Im New maybe everything is wrong just my opinion in most cases:

Easy and Normal: Good to read and to play

Hard
02:10:191 (1,2) - i dont get on what u decide if a slider is curved or straight looked pretty random to me not especially this second but overall dont know if you like it as it is or im blind and dont see the system

02:24:786 (1) - you habe 1 kick slider in each chorus but i dont really get why when there are no else and its not even like a sillabill is returning @ that second i think either u should add more kick slider or change this but maybe its just me

its not really easy to find more stuff looks all on beat and was smooth to play so... seems good

Insane:
00:35:630 (4,5) - 00:37:252 (4,5) - here doubles 00:38:164 (2,3) - here not so maybe do a at least a small jump because right after it you do the jump anyway: 00:38:772 (5,6,7) -

01:56:002 (2,3) - bigger spacing on purpose compared to before? becuz e.g 01:58:029 (3,4) - very small spacing few secs later and song still pretty slow

02:19:718 (1,2,3) - im not sure if that overlap is too hard for someone whos playing that starrange but this could be nonsense

02:39:583 (2,3) - 02:46:070 (2,3,4,5) - very weird to play first time it fits the song but doenst has to be so hard for not even 4 stars imo

02:41:002 (1,2) - this between the beat mapping is in the song right but i dont know if everyone would play after this than rather the beat like i checked placing a longer slider and a circle would also work but i think you can keep it if you like it.

03:00:461 (1,2) - i wanted to jump here at my first try playing this and felt like super stopped by staying on place

03:13:434 (1,2,3,4,5,6) - i really enjoyed everything from here on till end =)

00:04:516 (1,2) - why is the distance between these different from 00:03:705 (1,2) -
00:49:110 (1,2) - make these sliders the same shape

Hard
00:14:853 (4,5,1) - maybe change the direction of this the other way for a better flow?

Normal
00:21:137 - I suggest adding something here

i really don't get what you're doing with the BGs like is this supposed to be the transcendance into the inevitable death of the characters, as they fall deeper and deeper into the eternal abyss of death or like are you just trying too hard to make something creative

Like if you want to do that you could always just storyboard it in too because like now I'm like playing insane and it's literally just like S A D B O Y S like why am I sad

Insane:
00:15:461 (2) - its weird how the accented part doesn't get the jump but the next slider does
00:34:516 - Like I get that you're kinda following the music and I really don't actually know where the claps are but it might be better just to have them on 2 and 4.
01:33:097 (2) - why is this uneven lol
02:34:516 - It's an artistic choice to have reduced drums here and overmapping is literally stepping all over that artistic choice being like "nah bruh don't worry I got this"
02:42:826 - like this feels so empty. Apply to all similar patterns.
02:47:894 - There's a clap here, it'd be nice to accent that with a note. Otherwise I generally assume that (2) is just a dumb 1/4 jump and then I miss and im sad
03:13:434 - Especially with the already really low SV, this part just feels REALLY slow. I generally don't like saying this, but this would be cool with a little bit of a raised SV. Or like more jumps or SOMETHING to make it more exciting and fitting of the double-time feel.

Hard:
same thing with insane about the claps and alll.
02:37:353 (4,1) - there's no point for this reduced spacing. Apply to all similar patterns.

Normal:
00:38:367 (2,3,4) - Be careful that you don't have like, these slidertrain things going on. They're generally very clumpy and can easily be simplified. Apply to all similar patterns.
01:41:002 - This is a LOT of 1/2 compared to your previous patterns. Make sure to map consistently so you don't have parts that are randomly harder than other parts.
02:57:320 (1) - I'm not sure what the official ruling is on normal spinner and next note distances but like you might wanna check on that.

Easy:
00:34:515 (1) - Look at what you do for normal and then come back here and tell me that your spread is consistent.

It's a pretty okay map, lol. Yay

01:33:097 (2) - why is this uneven lol Messed around with the distance to make it less bad.
02:34:516 - It's an artistic choice to have reduced drums here and overmapping is literally stepping all over that artistic choice being like "nah bruh don't worry I got this" nah bruh don't worry I got this. tbh I prefer to map whatever the cool new shiny thing is in the song, and at this point, it's the e guitar doing some cool stuff.
02:42:826 - like this feels so empty. Apply to all similar patterns. Prefer to have that note 'pop'.
02:47:894 - There's a clap here, it'd be nice to accent that with a note. Otherwise I generally assume that (2) is just a dumb 1/4 jump and then I miss and im sad Mapping cool shiny new thing.

Or like more jumps or SOMETHING to make it more exciting and fitting of the double-time feel. Did you play it? I think this is ok... the use of stacked triplets really exaggerates the jumps and makes them feel a lot bigger than they are. Also, increased SV won't really help with "excitement", it'll just make it feel lighter.
Thanks.

The show this song is from presents itself as a slice of life "cute girls doing cute things at school" anime, but is slowly revealed to be a post-zombie apocalypse survival anime about these girls trying to survive. As the series goes on, it starts to get darker and darker to reflect the true nature of the show, which is why the difficulty starts off being bright and colourful in the Easy difficulty, then slowly starts to lose its colour as the difficulty increases, and then changes to show the post-apocalyptic setting in the hardest difficulty.
Hard:
same thing with insane about the claps and alll. left this decision to Little
02:37:353 (4,1) - there's no point for this reduced spacing. Apply to all similar patterns. i don't really see a big issue with this; the reduced spacing helps emphasize the music box pretty well in my opinion

Normal:
00:38:367 (2,3,4) - Be careful that you don't have like, these slidertrain things going on. They're generally very clumpy and can easily be simplified. Apply to all similar patterns. yeah i agree; most of the slider trains have been shortened
01:41:002 - This is a LOT of 1/2 compared to your previous patterns. Make sure to map consistently so you don't have parts that are randomly harder than other parts. changed it up a bit so the slider train isn't as ridiculously long lol
02:57:320 (1) - I'm not sure what the official ruling is on normal spinner and next note distances but like you might wanna check on that. i'm not shy from the idea of changing the spinner length, but it looks fine to me. if a bn or qat says that the recovery time is too short then i'll change it, but i'm leaving it as it is for now

Easy:
00:34:515 (1) - Look at what you do for normal and then come back here and tell me that your spread is consistent. ?? i don't get what you mean here, but the spread looks fine in my opinion

It's a pretty okay map, lol. Yay Yay

  1. 00:49:110 (3) - blanket like this? If you're worried about 00:52:353 (3) - , then just update that one as well? (It doesn't look bad)
  2. 01:17:083 (3) - Could make this more level with the head and tail. It just makes it a bit less lazy looking if that makes sense. same with 02:23:570 (3) -
  3. 02:08:570 (1) - copy paste? Surely you aren't that lazy... I'll be honest here. with the lack of unique sliders (You only have 3 types. Curved, Straight, and the Sharp curved ones ) and the copy paste, it could use a little bit more variety imo. Either by remapping the 2nd kiai, or changing a few sliders so you have more shapes. (Hard is a really good example of 1/1 slider variety)
  4. 03:26:407 (1,2,3,4) - There is more than enough time between these and the previous note that you can ignore DS without any issues. Try moving this from the corner a little.
[Normal]
  1. 03:14:043 (2,3) - and 03:17:286 (2,3) - These offbeats can get a bit confusing to play and then adding in the non stop 1/2 gapped notes here is a bit much to play for a normal. A simple rhythm like 02:21:543 (1,2,3,4,5,6) - would fit this better. Stuff like 03:14:245 - on its tail doesn't even need to be mapped, so you can skip right over it! If you must have this current rhythm, then you at least need to delete 03:16:475 (8) - for some breathing room. This plays like a hard otherwise. This also applies to the upcoming section as it's the exact same rhythm! An example below is something that can keep the feeling of intensity and still be simple enough to play! It's literally the same as your earlier Kiai, but with some reverses to keep the claps going.
  2. 03:25:597 (6) - The tail end is actually lead-in for the upcoming note so having it connect to the head of (6) doesn't actually make much sense. It'd be better if you either ignored where the tail is, or made (6) two circles instead! An example is 01:26:813 (6) - where you don't even map 01:27:624 - and it's stronger than what you mapped at 03:26:002 -
[Hard]
  1. 00:08:570 (1,2,3,4) - compared to 00:11:813 (1,2,3,4,5) - should not have any DS changes. They sound the exact same! Either use 1.15 or 1.3 for both (1.15 worked wonderfully btw, but 1.3 seems to be the one you want) This pretty much applies to the rest of your kiais (all of them in the song) and imo doesn't work great. You should be using a consistent DS as the music doesn't change throughout it. If there was buildup during each part, then sure it would make sense... but there isn't.... I suggest using a consistent 1.3 DS throughout the whole kiai instead.
  2. 00:20:529 (3,4) - Doesn't really matter, but shouldn't these two be swapped? Just looking at 01:26:813 (2,3,4) - and 02:33:299 (2,3,4) - as examples.
  3. 02:27:522 - Missed note? Look at your other kiai | 01:21:036 (5) - for example.
[Cloud's Insane]
  1. 00:38:367 (3) - Maybe try placing this on the (5)?
  2. 00:56:205 (1,2) - swap NCs on these? the (1) is just lead-in so when someone plays this, they'll naturally think it's part of the next combo and wait a full 1/1 to click this instead of 1/2. Mind games. This is why we don't NC other lead-ins like 01:01:678 (1,1) -| 02:02:488 (5,1) - same |
  3. 01:20:529 (4) - a little curve would be nice.
  4. 01:30:664 (4,5) - Control+G?
  5. 02:16:881 (2) - Even spacing between prev and next would work nice here.
  6. 02:22:151 (3) - This is really awkward to play having the slider break flow with its curve. A downward curve would make much more sense:
  7. 02:28:434 (2) - somewhere around x324 y348?
  8. 02:53:874 - missing note? you can really feel the triple here.
eh. Besides the copy/paste in easy, the ending of normal, and the strange DS choice in Hard, it should be pretty much good to go. Good luck :3

  2. 01:17:083 (3) - Could make this more level with the head and tail. It just makes it a bit less lazy looking if that makes sense. same with 02:23:570 (3) - fixed the first one; remapped the second one
  3. 02:08:570 (1) - copy paste? Surely you aren't that lazy... I'll be honest here. with the lack of unique sliders (You only have 3 types. Curved, Straight, and the Sharp curved ones ) and the copy paste, it could use a little bit more variety imo. Either by remapping the 2nd kiai, or changing a few sliders so you have more shapes. (Hard is a really good example of 1/1 slider variety) heheh, yeahhh, i kind of mapped this difficulty way back when i wasn't really experimenting with different slider shapes, thus why all the sliders are simple. The copy/paste of the second chorus was actually intentional, because I wanted the player to be familiar with it, but also feel different enough (thus why it's a horizontal flip of the first chorus), but I can understand why some people would criticize this or think this is lazy. definitely going to remap the second chorus with some other slider shapes for more variety though
  4. 03:26:407 (1,2,3,4) - There is more than enough time between these and the previous note that you can ignore DS without any issues. Try moving this from the corner a little. sure; moved it closer to the centre bottom

It's literally the same as your earlier Kiai, but with some reverses to keep the claps going. i'd actually debated this early on when i was mapping this diff, but thought it would be fine since it was the last chorus. i do admit the nonstop 1/2 notes is a bit too much though. remapped this final section so that there's more breathing room
  2. 03:25:597 (6) - The tail end is actually lead-in for the upcoming note so having it connect to the head of (6) doesn't actually make much sense. An example is 01:26:813 (6) - where you don't even map 01:27:624 - and it's stronger than what you mapped at 03:26:002 - ahh, nice catch- made it two circles instead of a 1/1 slider

I suggest using a consistent 1.3 DS throughout the whole kiai instead. ahh, woops; no wonder it felt a little weird. made kiais in all choruses more similar to each other. the only exception is the last kiai, because i wanted the snap distance to increase as this kiai goes on to create the effect of a build up to the finale; it felt appropriate because of all the claps that come into play during this last kiai
  2. 00:20:529 (3,4) - Doesn't really matter, but shouldn't these two be swapped? Just looking at 01:26:813 (2,3,4) - and 02:33:299 (2,3,4) - as examples. well that explains why this one felt off from the other ones lol. fixed

  2. 02:33:097 - 02:33:705 - Slider mm maybe; i'll think about this a bit more or see if somebody else suggests it
  3. Seems okay!
Normal
  1. 00:21:137 - Circle? was intentionally skipped here
  2. 01:14:245 (6,7,8) - Is not recommendated a triple stack here mm i think it's fine; it's a nice enough transition between the different verses of the chorus. might change it if others suggest the same thing though
  3. 02:20:732 (6,7,8) - Same same
Hard
  1. 00:06:745 - Note here i'd rather not. i'm following vocals here, and vocals end on the white tick at 00:06:543 -
  2. 00:28:637 (3) - Curve it more sure?
  3. 00:56:407 (4) - Same ok, think i got it
  4. 01:00:259 - Note here same as before
  5. 01:41:813 (3,4,1) - Overmapped at a BPM like this i disagree; it follows the vocals nicely and i feel it's appropriate for a hard
  6. 02:06:745 - Note here same as before

  1. Nice diffs and spread
  2. kiai time might be a little bit too long
  3. i notice that you use 4 bg but they are almost identical. Actually 1 bg is ok for this long song imo

[Easy]
  1. 02:53:975 - green line here is useless.
  2. 02:23:570 (3,4,1) - wrong DS here
  3. 00:36:948 (3,1) - parallel?
  4. 03:06:340 (3,1) - not a good angle
  5. 03:16:678 (1) - make the red dot upward a bit

[Normal]
  1. 02:53:975 - again green line
  2. 01:14:245 (6,7,8) - i suggest a reverse slider here,will fit the Normal diff more
  3. 02:02:489 (6,7) - a little bit out of DS,but might be fine
  4. 02:20:732 (6,7,8) - same
  5. 03:12:624 (6,7,8) - ^^
  6. Awesome diff

[Hard]
  1. 01:14:043 (4,5,6,7) - maybe make it triangle with equal side length and change the order
    http://puu.sh/oa8Gj/cde1b510b3.jpg
  2. 01:15:664 (3,4) - bad shape
  3. 01:16:678 (1,2,3) - also bad to me,make 01:16:678 (1,2) - identical and use a different angle
  4. 01:23:164 (1,2,3) - this is good,so maybe use this kind of pattern
  5. 02:24:785 (1,2) - parallel?
  6. 03:26:407 (1,2,3,4) - like what youve done b4 you can make an angle here
    e.g. http://puu.sh/oa8Yy/474ac93174.jpg
  7. Also neat and decent

[Cloud]
  1. green line 00:57:218 - 02:03:705 - 02:53:975 -
  2. 00:06:543 (5) - make it a reverse slider and delete 00:06:745 (6) - which is now too far away
  3. 00:09:178 (3,4) - maybe blanket
  4. 03:06:948 (1,2,3,4) - adjust the distance here,looks messy
  5. 03:19:921 (1,2,3,4) - this is hard to read and inconsistent with above pattern
  6. Looks nice

[Easy]
  1. 02:53:975 - green line here is useless.fix
  2. 02:23:570 (3,4,1) - wrong DS here woops; fixed
  3. 00:36:948 (3,1) - parallel? intentionally not parallel; the (1) is a horizontal flip of the (3)
  4. 03:06:340 (3,1) - not a good angle made these parallel
  5. 03:16:678 (1) - make the red dot upward a bit it's like this intentionally; the current shape is symmetrical and it's to prevent it from overlapping with 03:15:461 (3) -

[Normal]

  2. 01:14:245 (6,7,8) - i suggest a reverse slider here, will fit the Normal diff more mm if i get this suggestion one more time sure

  4. 01:23:164 (1,2,3) - this is good,so maybe use this kind of pattern
  5. 02:24:785 (1,2) - parallel? intentionally not parallel; (2) is a horizontal flip of the (1) but made into a 1/1 slider
  6. 03:26:407 (1,2,3,4) - like what youve done b4 you can make an angle here i wanted these to be parallel lol

im here wowowowow

[Easy]
00:44:245 (1,2,3) - I feel like you should reserve the directional change for 3, rather than 2. Compared to 3, 2 is a rather passive beat, but it breaks flow from 1 and provides a different motion.
03:13:434 (1) - Is the repeat supposed to have a clap? You normally don't have one
03:19:921 (1) - ^ If it's like exclusive to this section, then it's like, don't put it all the time. With 03:19:921 (1) - it sounds a bit smoother, but I dunno, might just be a personal thing lol
03:29:651 - Real strong advocate to putting a note then a spinner, cuz like, spinners starting on a strong note is ewww

[Normal]
01:14:245 (6,7,8) - When you have 1/2 elements in the map so far, you have it have motion. While stacking it gives a sense of emphasis, I feel like if the player were moving as well as clicking, it would have greater emphasis than stacked
01:43:434 (6,3) - t b h when you have small overlaps like this every now and then, I get triggered cuz usually the visuals look clean lo
02:20:732 (6,7,8) - When I look at it, I feel like you're probably going to decline but w/e
02:46:678 (5,1,2) - Readability is play is kinda awkward
02:53:975 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,1) - While I do strongly agree that these pauses are really good emphasis, it's quite easy for the audience you're targeting to accidentally misclick and press twice, breaking their combo after a grueling ~3 minutes (that's long for beginners lol)
I'm noticing that you're increasing the amount of hitsounds (specifically the clap and whistle) and while I feel that it's okay, it feels kinda awkward how the rhythm seems to get denser due to the hitsounds, while the song doesn't feel that much different. I know it's like a feeling of "this is the last kiai, better make it special" but I dunno, it feels a little out of place

[Hard]
00:15:056 (1,2,3) - Slight overlap of 2 makes things a bit difficult, maybe move 2 upward, it breaks flow but it's perfect for the cymbal crash on 2
00:18:299 (1,2,3) - I dunno, this looks pretty tricky, 2 is a jump and may not be taken as one upon sight-reading. It's also worth noting that since 3 has already appeared by this time, it might be taken as 2 1/2 taps if the player manages to find out 2 is 1/2 lol
02:38:570 (4,5) - Wouldn't making 4 a 1/2 slider and 5 and 1/2 triplet fit the music better? If you don't change 5, change at least 4, since the slider goes over a guitar note and it's like aaaaaa

Hi, from my modding queue

Sorry for shallow mod :( couldn't really find much, my modding skills aren't that good when maps are already this polished

Insane

SPOILER
00:22:151 (2) - could be better shaped to blanket with 00:23:164 (1) -

^this is almost good... almost lol (just to give you an idea) If you move these, I'd say to also stack 00:23:164 (1) - end with 00:23:975 (4) - and move all notes related to the 00:23:975 (4) - slider accordingly

00:56:205 (1) - I'd rather stack on 00:56:407 (2) - than 5

01:01:678 (1) - maybe add an inherit point to increase the SV of this slider a bit?

01:59:651 (5) - maybe give it more curves?

02:02:691 (1) - same as in 00:56:205 (1)

02:08:164 (1) - same as in 01:01:678 (1) -

03:03:097 (1) - moving to 64, 316 looks better IMO

03:26:407 (3,4,5) - all blankets should have same spacing IMO

Hard

SPOILER
01:11:002 (3) - maybe move sliderend a bit down to blanket better?

02:52:556 (2) - maybe would be better a half beat reverse?

02:56:407 (5) - NC and RNC next

Good diff, felt very polished for me :)

03:13:434 (1) - Is the repeat supposed to have a clap? You normally don't have one yeah, the final chorus is weird in that there are claps on the offbeats, so it makes sense to have a clap here
03:19:921 (1) - ^ If it's like exclusive to this section, then it's like, don't put it all the time. With 03:19:921 (1) - it sounds a bit smoother, but I dunno, might just be a personal thing lol mm sounds fine to me
03:29:651 - Real strong advocate to putting a note then a spinner, cuz like, spinners starting on a strong note is ewww was actually going to do this lol; i just forgot :X

[Normal]
01:14:245 (6,7,8) - When you have 1/2 elements in the map so far, you have it have motion. While stacking it gives a sense of emphasis, I feel like if the player were moving as well as clicking, it would have greater emphasis than stacked actually i think the stack here gives a nice contrast to the way the other 1/2 elements are done; it's only stacked during the transition between the chorus verses as opposed to the rest of the song. i have gotten some previous comments saying i should change this to a 1/2 slider instead which would help with motion, but i'll give it some more thought first
01:43:434 (6,3) - t b h when you have small overlaps like this every now and then, I get triggered cuz usually the visuals look clean lo yeah it was triggering me too lol. fixed
02:20:732 (6,7,8) - When I look at it, I feel like you're probably going to decline but w/e same as before
02:46:678 (5,1,2) - Readability is play is kinda awkward made it a bit readable by unstacking the (5) and (2)
02:53:975 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,1) - While I do strongly agree that these pauses are really good emphasis, it's quite easy for the audience you're targeting to accidentally misclick and press twice, breaking their combo after a grueling ~3 minutes (that's long for beginners lol) well like you said, it's good emphasis, but on the other hand, you may have a point. will put some more thought into this before changing it
I'm noticing that you're increasing the amount of hitsounds (specifically the clap and whistle) and while I feel that it's okay, it feels kinda awkward how the rhythm seems to get denser due to the hitsounds, while the song doesn't feel that much different. I know it's like a feeling of "this is the last kiai, better make it special" but I dunno, it feels a little out of place mentioned this before, but it's because the claps are on the offbeats in the last chorus. would be kind of awkward to just ignore them, so yeah-

[Hard]
00:15:056 (1,2,3) - Slight overlap of 2 makes things a bit difficult, maybe move 2 upward, it breaks flow but it's perfect for the cymbal crash on 2 moved it a bit upwards; had to alter the angle of (3) to make the flow here work
00:18:299 (1,2,3) - I dunno, this looks pretty tricky, 2 is a jump and may not be taken as one upon sight-reading. It's also worth noting that since 3 has already appeared by this time, it might be taken as 2 1/2 taps if the player manages to find out 2 is 1/2 lol gotten suggestions to change this before; ended up doing so even though i like the jump because it gives emphasis to the cymbals :c also changed the other ones from the other choruses
02:38:570 (4,5) - Wouldn't making 4 a 1/2 slider and 5 and 1/2 triplet fit the music better? If you don't change 5, change at least 4, since the slider goes over a guitar note and it's like aaaaaa yeah i changed the rhythm here

01:11:002 (3) - maybe move sliderend a bit down to blanket better? think i got it now?

02:52:556 (2) - maybe would be better a half beat reverse? i disagree; there's an emphasis on the white tick at 02:53:164 so it would be better if that beat was clickable imo

02:56:407 (5) - NC and RNC next i'm assuming RNC is remove new combo? haven't seen that before. anyways, i disagree with removing the NC because there's more emphasis on the current (1) because it's the start of a new phrase. Ended up adding the NC on the (5) though

Good diff, felt very polished for me :)
