01:10:950 - It's not really necessary to add an extra timing section to correct the metronome. While it's true that the kiai would start on a red tick if this timing line isn't added, some songs of this kind have a shift beat that doesn't really fit in the downbeat for a few seconds. If you hear out the music from 01:16:543 - on (and then again on 01:27:390 - ), you'll notice that the most important beats are on the downbeat again
The source should probably not be written completely in caps. Some official sources write the name of the anime that way, but the majority of logos are written as "Steins;Gate"/"Steins;Gate 0" which seems to be the most accepted version: see http://steinsgate0-anime.com/ or http://steinsgate.jp/
Additional tags could be added: "シュタインズ・ゲート ゼロ" which is the Japanese translation and original name of the anime/vn
The piano beats of the intro are kinda irregular, and not always on spot. I've noticed you've tried some uncommon snaps to fix those, but I'm afraid the timing needs to be a bit tweaked to make those early notes more precise. Here you have the timing lines you'd need to add to all difficulties, via .osu: https://pastebin.com/LNiw6erd
No two uninherited or two inherited timing sections should be placed at the same point. An inherited timing section may be placed on an uninherited timing section (but only to change the slider speed). Having two uninherited or two inherited sections on top of each other will cause problems within the beatmap.
This is is an issue for all the difficulties, except for AmaZ's Salad.
