u mess up with two diffrent drums, while using 1/4 rice to stress both without diffrentiating them.
this part includes 2 cycles, but the patterns of the cycle fail to keep the consistency. For example, u use 00:52:320 (52320|2,52357|3,52395|1,52432|2,52470|0,52470|3) - as a burst pattern but change into 00:54:720 (54720|0,54757|1,54795|2,54832|1,54870|3,54870|0) - latter.

Hence, u need:

just use 1/4 rice to stress the muffled drum, cut down the notes stressing the other beats.
make some mirrorred patterns in the 2 cycles in order to keep patterns to be consistent.

There are some problems need fixing.

As a main drop for pure rice, the difficulty is too low, even lower than former bridge parts. From my perspective, this part breaks the balance of the difficulty arrangements.
When u make dumps for this psy-styled music, the patterns u use are sometimes inappropriate. Some positions need more mini jacks but fail to have, while some positions need dumpstreams but fail to finish.

To solve this problem is easy. We can boost the diff by adding more jacks, chords and denser streams. Here is my version for reference:
