hmm, u can treated the trill as a way of dump, such pattern is scheduled to perform the uplifting melody mixed with the drum. As u can see the 1/6 jack rightside, it not only highlights the drums but also form a lifting ambience together with the trill left, and that's why I choose to keep.

If we put more emphasis on the consistency, maybe it is a good hint to use a double for this position. However, unless we open the editor and play that song with 0.5x rated speed, the drum at this position is too weak to be detected for players, comparatively, the former drum at 00:38:054 is far stronger which can be easily perceived with 1.0x rated speed and needs highlighting by a double. With a more practical point of view, I think it is enough to use only one note to represent 00:38:054 (38054|1) . Hence, I just want to keep.
maybe u can as well look at this part combining the context, as u can see, from a more macroscopic perspective, this part express a flow from the right to the lest side first, then waving to the right again. If I split the 3 jacks in the end into two parts, the flow will be split too, with which as a reason the strain can be neglected and give way to maintaining the visual performance. Besides, I think the strain can be treated as a challenging point far from spike in this spread that has already been so difficult. So I want to keep it.
