OT is almost type I civilization, just 0.8 on the scale.
The tech scale:
Type 0 civilization: Shitposting and circlejerking
Type 1 civilization: Meme meta or reposts
Type 2 civilization: Produces more memes than the galaxy can consume
Type 3 civilization: Learned to control all of cancer in the universe
Type 4 civilization: Can comprehend memes on the order of 4 trans-spatial shitposts
Type 5 civilization: Generate energy through a created universe where physics says shitposting is energy and memes are anti energy
