For one color, well here is the example
I will give u a clue to find something better about that. Photoshop has RGB set (red, green and blue line thing with a number u need to fill it)
[Colours]Take note: u need more than 2 or just 2 combo colors on it. And also, this one is coming from ur skin folder, skin.ini (the notepad thing)
Combo1: 0,0,255
Combo2: 0,0,255
Combo3: 0,0,255
Combo4: 0,0,255

Yeah thanks I am stupid. I couldn't find the skin.ini file

Try to make a 1x1 transparent file for the hitcircle.png and draw your circle with the color you want in the hitcircleoverlay.png.
