I lost my childhood home, everyone I know lost their houses and everything they and their grandparents worked for in their entire life.
Those are the lucky ones, a lot of 3-5 years old with both their parents still missing (it’s been almost a week).
The water is more dangerous than ever now, crocodiles, snakes, 5 meters of water.
A friend of mine who was in the frontline got leptospirosis by just getting into it.
A lot of people helping, a lot of people stealing and robbing houses.
Some criminal groups taking control of some areas in some cities since the police and firefighters are focused on saving people and the army is bitching.
It’s hard, but the rain is still here, and it’s about to get much worse.
