puush is not a file format, its just a file host like mediafire, mega, google drive and similar

If its posted on the osu forums then likely yes, puush as a whole is safe too, just dont download shit from sources you dont trust yaknow. Most puush links on the forums will be dead unfortunately, too old

Aslong you're downloading an osu! format file (.osk/.osz) and not anything else looks suspicious, you're safe.
The problem with puush is the files aren't stocked permanantly, the files are deleted in few months.
