The best proficiency test is having a regular conversation with natives and see how much you understand and how well they can understand you.eblf2013 wrote:

Also, it is worth noting, the CEFR is not designed for native speakers and the scale is not a comparison to native speakers either. Grammar tests are crap for measuring the level of proficiency too, the CEFR scale is actually pretty complex. Language proficiency tests must be done by specialized institutions.
