I don't get why the Chicken Jockey meme is so popular. Does it have to do with anything in the movie I haven't seen?

I've actually seen a few adults wear this shirt ironically out in the wild lmao. When I was growing up a lot of boys had shirts with similar designs and silly/crazy dialogue as this, i even had a few cringe ones myself, but this one is especially over the top and I love it for that.
