Judge Abraker:II-L feat. amelie xoxo - THE EARTH
Mapper: JustABeginner
First impression: "WOW... what the actual fuck"
So this map feels like it's going all in to appeal to me. I have retried the map around 10 times and still cant pass it despite being 4.87 stars. My acc is high 70s all throughout till failure. Given all of that, hell yea I love it

This is going straight into my training collection a list of "boss" maps I find significant enough to keep track in my progress of improvement. This map is also a treasure trove of data for rhythm complexity difficulty analysis. I'm going to playing this a lot.

DJ Raisei - No Hi-TECH No Life
Mapper: Corne2Plum3
First impression: eyeroll aghhh fine, ok
This map feels like a compromise between all judges. Skill wise it's my cup of tea. Stream bursts intermitent with short sliders (albeit tamely wack) is fine. The 5.8ish star rating is right on the cusp of what I can do, and it shows. The note-slider jumps toward the end become difficult enough I run into trouble. But I do think I can pass it on a good day. Which is saying something; it's good indicator the mapping is decent.
Style / structure / type wise... ehhhh eye roll. Just throw it into ranked and it will fit right in among the other many thousands of maps lost in there. Like I don't see anything special about it. It's a good map. You can put it up in a multiplayer lobby and nobody would complain. But there is nothing that makes it different from all the other things that surround it. Although I do admit if not for JAB's map I wouldn't be complaining about this.

Whispered - Unrestrained
Mapper: WitherMite
First impression: huh... :\
It has some parts that I simply won't be able to hit for one reason or another. It has sections where sliders go a bit fast for my liking as well. Singles and sliders are combined in ways that don't agree with me. I don't like how it mixes note doubles with same timing as jumps. Of course I had to do this with HT.
Score: 50/100

VINXIS - Don't Want Any
Mapper: Ashton
First impression: Is this going to be what I think it will be >_>
I thought this will be a tech ridden slider map, but it turned out to be rather chill. Maybe a bit too chill. Not particularly my preferred song choice, but the mapping is alright. The end went suffers a slight "finale" syndrome, but so do most of my maps as well. I'm sure this has its secluded corner in ranked, but there is nothing remarkable about it either.
Score: 65/100

Harumaki Gohan feat. Hatsune Miku - Suisei ni Nareta nara
Mapper: Yoisaki Kanade
First impression: hmmmmmm... ( =_=)
Turns out a playful nice map. If only it had less sliders xD. Actually I could feel the rhythm in jumps and the "fanciness" attempt at sliders to match the musical theming so it has that going for it. Not bad for an unfinished 5.2 star.
Score: 70/100

Judge Wimpy:Ashton:
The song choice is nice, though won't be judged based off my liking.
The song is at a slower bpm, creating diverse opportunities for patterns. Timing points have been adjusted throughout the song to comply with slider changes in recognition of the rhythm.
The patterns themselves are rather "chill," which is great for the song choice. I'd say that it's a pretty consistent map throughout its duration, and it even has a part where more technical skill is required, with a variety of single notes and sliders together. This map is pretty enjoyable!
Variety: 15/20
Usage of multiple patterns was nice. Good job.
Consistency: 20/20
I did not see any part that flawed in consistency. Every pattern corresponding to a rhythm did have any noticeable change, and some patterns only improved as the song started to intensify.
Relevance: 17/20
Sliders and the small jumps were a nice representation.
Difficulty: 20/20
This totally makes sense for its difficulty.
Technicality: 10/20
Although engaging at some point, I'd still like to see more difficulty.
Overall: 82/100

Corne2Plum3:
Engaging, exciting song choice. This opens the floodgates for an intense map, or for the average bursty farm map. This song is of a longer duration, which may allow more opportunities for mappers to explore, dependent of the song. This is a fun pick, but does have a farm aspect to it. It can be very easy to execute some patterns, especially the bursts. The jumps themselves are also engaging, and I think they would be in the middle ground of farm/non-farm.
Variety: 18/20
Add a tech aspect to it! Would be very fun to experience.
Consistency: 20/20
Gud map.
Relevance: 20/20
Patterns suit really well with the rhythms in the song. Intensified parts were swell executed.
Difficulty: 17/20
Farmy ! But is still hard, no shit.
Technicality: 18/20
Enjoyable map, it's something I would definitely play. Though it could have more of a difficult aspect to it.
Overall: 93/100

Wither:
Well, well, well. This map is engaging! I also love the song choice, but again, that isn't taken into judgement. Anyhow, this map features intense finger control. Not only do you need finger control for bursts, but general patterns for sliders and single notes in awkward/tight positions. The speed compliments these patterns to execute well. There are a few seconds, often with kiai mode on, where there are sliders replaced with what could of been deadly streams. However, these sliders were also challenging for general timing and speed. Very nice.
Variety: 20/20
Very good use of multiple patterns in multiple parts of the song. Good job.
Consistency: 18/20
There is some parts, earlier in the song, where it felt odd to play. Can't determine if it's timing or if the patterns themselves did not feel great to play corresponding to the rhythm.
Relevance: 20/20
Patterns and song were made for each other.
Difficulty: 20/20
Need to see more ranked maps with this difficulty.
Technically: 20/20
Very technical.

JustAIcedCube:
Well. This was an interesting approach to the song, but it is consistent, that I can say about it. I kept switching from "boring" to "oh, nice" throughout the map. Although its consistency is there, the engagement was sort of a mixed bag, so to speak. Not entirely sure how I feel about this map.
Variety: 12/20
More could of been done.
Consistency: 20/20
No other comment.
Relevance: 17/20
Some moments it did feel great, but in other moments, no.
Difficulty: 18/20
I'd say it makes sense for this map to be where it's at.
Technicality: 17/20
Timing is hard, but not else can be said. With the lack of variety, this doesn't help much.
Overall: 84/100

Judge Anaxii:Laxxer: 6/10 - i enjoyed playing the map. the 1/6 patterns are making the map interesting for sure, even though the object placement can be quite wishy washy. visually i does look decent sometimes, but in some parts, the objects spacing are inconsistent when you play it. i believe if you can fix these, your map will look 10 times better
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Corne2Plum3 9/10 - that map is sick asf. it's 4 minutes long and i didn't feel bored a second. i like how 90% of the map consists of bursts instead of the usual tech sliders for this type of song, but it's not an issue here because at least they're well placed. i can also see all the CTRL+C CTRL+V patterns as well, but i'm not against it. however, there are a few times where there's a flow issue (for ex. 03:40:515 (2,3,4,5)) but overall it's good
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
WitherMite 9/10 - this map definitely has a vibe surrounding it, and it's pretty awesome. too bad that the second and fourth kiai are not very interesting in term of gameplay; it's just some CTRL+C CTRL+V patterns, but i'll ignore them. overall, even if some patterns are quite unusual such as 02:01:000 (4,5,6,7) - 02:53:744 (1,2,1,2), i had fun with ithis jump map!
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
JustABeginner 7/10 - without any surprise, i really struggled when playing this map. i'm not really shocked since it's one of those II-L song when the map will be very intense in term of rhythm. i really like the idea of turning the sliders into streams continuously. lots of CTRL+C CTRL+V, but i'm fine with that. also, nice bamboo hitsounds at the end
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Yoisaki Kanade 10/10 - it's a really great generic type of map here. i literally had no trouble FCing this map with 99%, but it's not the only reason why i gave it a perfect rating. the gameplay and visuals are both very smooth. too bad the diff is not fully finished, but i can wait for the rest to be done!
