Mugen is a game that was created by elecbyte.
Despite it not being updated, its still pretty cool because theres lots of different characters and creators that support the game, like poyochan, P.O.T.S, DS12, and many more that I dont know.
Theres also different kinds of versions of the game, like sonic mugens, and others too that focus on anime related characters.

I suggest you play the original tho, and get the 4gb hack for it

I've played Mugen a few times, and have seen videos on it. It can get nuts if you don't know what you're doing, since it's also a fighting game engine of sorts.
