I have a thread with 0.53 deviation, being the best rated, and another with 2.84 deviation, being rated as the third worst, and with the second highest deviation (if I saw it right).

Pretty much, I think anything above 7 is a good thread, 9-10 is an extremely brilliant thread. Different people have different ideas about ratings, but when all of them vote together, it averages out.

wont do, i'm really just basing myself on review page metrics, normally, when a movie is <5 it's just bad, doesn't matter if it's a 1 or a 3, if it's under a mid 7 then i'ts probably just alright, and for high 7 and above they're bangers, of course this is very broad, but that's the idea
