I completely understand where abraker is going with this, Gen 9 is dead.
Even the people are new:
We've got art forum migrants like IAVS, Eeriepump and Mikey
On the discord (the new one) we've got a few active people who I'd say are a part of OT, but don't talk on the forums.
We've BlueChinChompa, who I believe came from G&R (?)
Everything is just right for Gen10 to commence.
Also, the reason Gen10's description is still similar, is because it shouldn't have one in the first place, Gen9 didn't have one for a while. These differences are there for a new generation, and it will grow, and the description will change.
The only thing I'd argue with, is that there are still some people who need to be logged into Gen9, the rate of handing out Denizens was a bit slow since the new president. This government is turning out to be worse than the last.
You and Yoony should probably be put into Gen9, but I'm all for starting Gen10 right now.

NOTICE
The parliament is back at it and welcomes the newest edition to our newest gen! Despite being consistently active for roughly 11 months, this person has gone under our radar but worry not as the parliament will rightfully grant this person the status of denizenship. This person is well known in the OT community for his naivety and innocence among many other likable traits. His manner of speech on OT is often unpredictable and a joy to read. He is seen to be on great terms with the countless other denizens and dwellers however his lack of threads lowers his popularity. Nevertheless, parliament is proud to announce the 1st denizen of gen 10, giving it up for MrMcMikey22.

What do you mean by "Gen 9 is dead"? Pretty much every Gen 9 denizen is still active on OT. Heck, a lot of the Gen 8 denizens are still active. The different Gens are supposed to be like sections of different types of people in OT. A lot of people say Gen 9 and Gen 10's descriptions are very similar, so why have two different Gens?
