Problem is, while it might get some boost in popularity, it doesn't change the fact these kinds of games are mostly for people who are already into forums and know how to properly browse one. So while you can get a few wandering souls every now and then, it's not enough to actually revive the subforum.

I don't know about surveys and forum games, but you are allowed to post once in Off-Topic, as well as once in the other forums, everyday.
