Setsuko, right?

After Setsuko goes with Seita into an abandoned bomb shelter, they release fireflies into the shelter for light. However, the next day, Setsuko finds them all dead, and she says "Why do fireflies have to die so soon?" She digs them a grave and buries them all. She and her brother's supply of rice then begin to run out, and she becomes sick because of malnutrition. When Seita returns to the shelter with food, she is found dying. Despite Seita's efforts to quickly cook, she dies.

admittedly, I based this on the movie's synopsis, but I found this to be so fucking sad that I plan to watch the movie now.

wasn't the first banned list a list of cards that you can easily abuse the nekroz archetype? possibly because of some ritual i can't remember, think it was clausolas? can't remember but it was one of the few that were too easy to summon, or am i going beyond the lifecycle

i straight up looked this up:

certain card combos were overpowered and one or two cards in overpowered combos(power cards were left unaffected) were banned with the intention of allowing other less used cards to shine
the banned cards were also to encourage players to summon strong monsters rather than using direct attacks

Abraker got the link first, lol. In sort, the banned list initiated because of the combo of Chaos Emperor Dragon - Envoy of the End, a Sangan/Witch of the Black Forest and Yata-Garasu in the first tournaments. With how the deck worked, you would want to go second because if you go first you can not attack. You wanted to get either Witch of the Black Forest or Sangan on the field via something like Monster Reborn (as to not eat up your normal summon for that turn) and you would get Chaos Emperor Dragon - Envoy of the End out. Using the dragon's effect, you would nuke the field and both players hands. When Sangan/Witch was sent to the graveyard, you got to search Yata out of your deck. All you had to do is summon Yata and attack, making your opponent skip their next draw. With nothing in their hand or their side of the field, they literally could not play the game. Though other cards have had an errata so they are less powerful (and able to be unbanned), Yata still remains on the banned list due to this lock potential.

And nope, wrong map coldtooth. Also, the Nekros archtype was out long after the first banned list was actually put into the game. Quite literally one of their ritual monsters is based off of a banned card.

Jonarwhal, that might be considered a meme map, but I want meme maps specifically dealing with Peppy that are ranked. As far as I know that has no association with Peppy other than being part of his game.

Another point for you _ralsei. For some odd reason the catch diff on the set you linked is in WIP though it says it is loved and the rest is loved eblf. It might be a site issue, but that map sits weird with me due to that, so no points until I can figure out why it is doing that. If/when I can you will get a point though if it is just some site issue.

I decided to allow them after it was asked. I was going after maps that is considered part of the game and I forgot loved, that is my bad x.x

Astrid, keep on checking in on this thread. I will ask questions randomly. If you are the one to answer it correctly, you get the reward. I just put them all in the OP so it is easier for people to find all that are being asked because there are some that can have multiple answers and others are just hard to do. I do not want to make you guys go through hundreds of posts just to figure out if any question is still being asked. I feel like that would take away some of the fun that this game can hold for you guys.

because text is often faster in other languages. so it saves time.

edit: sometimes the non-localized version also has more bugs, which can also be used to save time

Games there the dialogue in another language is much shorter in order to reduce time loss. Example, Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, typically has its fastest runs in German since the dialogue goes much faster.
