Yes, the hard is pretty simple ^^, it's 4.5 star rating also anyway haha, but I'm just going up the scale NHI so this is the 'Hard' of the mapset.

• change 00:24:096 - to be don. this note is still don like 00:23:846 - bcause there's not any sounds too there, so just follow the previous note with a same note

Was almost done with the mod when the power failed, and I lost it.

It consisted mostly of hit-sounds suggestions for the start of the collab (which IMO is very lacking) so I suggest you guys revisit it and make some improvements to it, so that it can match the hit-sound usage at the end of the collab =p

Also had some patterns suggestions on normal and hard, grab me ingame when you get time and we can do those in a IRC mod.

Find which vocaloid is used and put it in the tags (is it Hatsune Miku that's being used here or another one?)
Also I don't think Korean would be necessary if this is actually a Korean song instead of Japanese like most Vocaloid songs are. Not sure if this is Korean or not but if it is, remove Korean from tags, since it'll be given Korean when it's ranked :P
Perhaps you could also include the vocaloid version number?
Normal and Hard: CS +1 because these diffs are normally made for CS 3/4 rather than 2/3

"What is a wrong of repeating bunch of notes at where vocal and rhythm is almost exactly same?"
I can understand if the song is full and talking about 1st part and 2nd part of kiai or etc for eg.
but it is strange to have different pattern at same part with same rhythm.

01:38:846 (1,2,3,4,5,6) - try perfectly center this on the y-axis makes sense to make them equal x or y axis
02:21:846 (3) - whistle on start not really going to highlight this note with whistle, didn't do so in other difficulties too

00:32:596 - add a note here? keeps consistency with 00:24:596 (4) ok
00:37:846 (1) - add a finish here? only added to Normal because of the object density and how it would be less noisy
01:41:846 (1) - use a 3-point slider, right now it kinda looks meh ok

00:23:846 (1) - probably forgot a whistle it was a gradual lead up in hitsounds to the verse but yeh it does make it seem better with one more whistle
01:34:846 (3,4,5) - the flow here feels a bit broken, since you stop to hit the stack and then jump really far to reach the next slider. try position 01:35:096 (4) at x:192 y:32 shifted both in a way where they overlap 01:34:846 (3) - equally and the downward motion is kept
01:42:846 (1) - NC is not really needed, since the same sv is being followed ok
01:57:346 (4) - make this into a slider thats a vertical flip of 01:56:346 (2), gives a nice lead into 01:57:846 (1) clarified this
02:01:846 (6) - try stacking this under 02:01:346 (5), makes more sense with how you comboed the section I must have left that out somehow

00:10:846 (2,3) - move it a bit up to avoid the partial overlap with 00:09:846 (1) changed and ended up shifting 00:11:346 (4,5) too
00:53:846 (1) - move the end point a bit left to get a better blanket on 00:54:846 (2,3) fixed
01:11:846 (1) - pretty sure volume settings like this are questionable in rankability, i'd suggest to use 25% instead to be safe (apply to all 15% sections) changed
01:23:341 - unsnapped green line, snap to 01:23:346 fixed
01:57:846 - i would actually remove this break here, especially because the next section comes really fast, and the pause can be considered a transition verse instead of a break in music section ok
02:12:846 (3,4,5,6) - rearrange the order makes this section play better imo: ok
recommend you fix the stuff in blue, and then let me know
