00:07:452 (2,6) - Althrough minor, I recommend fixing the spacing by turning grid snap off.It's noticeable since right now, one pattern is overlapping ,one pattern isn't. E.g. 00:07:238 (1,2) - not overlapping 00:07:452 (2,3) - overlapping.
01:14:523 (1,2,3) - You map all the diffs right? if you keep whistle here in Normal, I recommend to do whistle here too. And if you did whistle here, do whistle at 03:04:238 (1,2,3) -
01:27:595 (3) - Try to point it a bit more to the next note would help with flow imo.
02:32:952 (1,3) - Prefer if you do 1/6 slider here too. it's already in max diff
03:27:809 (2) - Not too fond of this anti jump I think keeping distant snap and having jump on 03:29:309 (3) - play nicer. If you find jump too big, then try snapping this note to 0.9x/0.8x/0.7x etc. I feel increasing spacing a bit here would be better.
*A couple things bother me, but as these suggestions are based of my preference and style, I'll list them in italics. Consider them if you wish.

00:35:523 (3,5) - I would do jumps on these. E.g. something like this placement http://puu.sh/2w3RO. There's a clear accent in music on the white tick so it feel weird to play all the notes to the same distant snap to me.
00:37:666 (7) - I prefer this stack since it let you play with the cursor a bit and for me, this help me feel the song more. Your choice through.
00:38:952 (3,5) - Same as 00:35:523
00:41:095 (7) - Stack if you did for previous suggestion.

00:49:881 (2) - I prefer that you don't stack this, instead place it a way so that there is a jump to the slider, e.g. here http://puu.sh/2w40a. This give emphasis to the white tick (where music is accented) and as you can see by spacing, give less emphasis to the red tick. I feel this fit better to song. If you feel (2) is too close to (1) and the jump to (3) is too big, simply move it more up. For me, either way feel better than how it is now.

00:55:023 (3,4,1) - I would definitely do jump to the stream here, for me, the notes feel too close together. I can't help but get an uncomfortable feeling so I prefer if you move it more up, or more to the right, which ever way you find easier to fix the pattern you have here.

01:02:952 (3,6) - Really prefer slider (1/2, or whatever length you think is best/repeating slider) here, while I see you're following the drums, since guitar is pretty prominent here, I think slider should be done to represent it and you are still following the drums by doing this

Map looks fine to me, but I prefer a different mapping approach to some parts (read italics). Your preference style is awesome ;w; i will try hard to interprete the song next time. Thank you :)

To refrain from disrespecting the mapping style, I'll just be a bit more general. How I feel about this diff is similar to Hard. I feel some parts need jumps/sliders to fill in the gaps. I'll just give some quick examples. 02:02:095 (4,5,6) - This part seems like an awesome part to put jumps, but no jumps :( Or here, like I mention in Hard, 03:15:595 (4,5,1) - after a jump, I prefer if you increase the spacing a bit of the following notes to help make the transition more gradual. 4.85x > 1.0x feel really sudden and flow breaking to me. Just a few points, but I hope you get the idea. Glad you point them out. I will try to imply what you're trying to say

Insane is really not my sort of map, but I notice this is your first beatmap. Pretty awesome job. Remember that this is my opinion.

Star, map is quite nice for a new mapper.

Spent more time on this difficulty than I probably should have. There are some minor spacing differences that should be taken care of and there are some patterns that I felt are flawed. There is nothing serious though.

00:03:795 (1) - Add hitsound.
00:34:652 (1,2) - Flawed transition. This part is flawed for two reasons: 00:34:652 (1) - 's curve doesn't point towards the next slider in a favorable way and 00:35:509 (2) - 's curve is strangely elongated. Slider 2's coordinates: x 28 y 300 | x 116 y 268 | x 220 y 284

01:07:224 (3) - Looks weird being higher up as compared to 1. Try placing this at a more even level to 1 so that the symmetry doesn't look lopsided.
