  1. 02:06:001 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8) - ...I found these anti-jump stacks pretty unexpected, especially after all those jumps. Maybe make some jumps here too, by moving 02:06:001 (1,3,5,7) to (x,32)? (x here means it's still the same value; you just need to make sure the y axis is 32).
  2. 02:08:001 (8) - Make this a 1/4 slider that repeats twice (begin at the current position, end at 02:08:215)? It fits with the music very well. If you do this, I suggest to make sure the end of the slider is located at (304,192) and make sure 02:08:286 (1)'s beginning is stacked below that.

  4. 04:44:180 - This section is supposed to be slow, right? Using 0.5x BPM won't hurt.

02:07:144 (1,2,3,4,5) - 굳이 안티 점프라 여겨질 멜로디도 없고 노트가 겹쳐있기까지하다보니 되려 넓은 스트림으로 여겨질까 걱정되네요. 좌우 지그재그로 내려오는 패턴이 어떨까요? 이전 슬라이더들과도 어울리리라 생각해요.

- Timing Points: You have an Incocnsistency between both difficulties on the second Uninherited Timing Point (Red Line), by 1ms. Because on Unbeatable the Red Line is Placed on Offset: 284.179 and in S.S is placed on Offset: 284.180. You have to fix that, to keep the consistency

[Unbeatable:]

• 00:04:144 (7): This Note flow bad where is it, also is very overlapped by Hitbursts that is not a good idea for a fluent map. Maybe a little jump can work better here, so try to move this Note to x:400 y:120
• 00:14:572 (3,4): A Stack here is not very benefit to the map, the previous section is really fast and this Stack can be sudden in some point, also it looks a bit random. Try to unstack this, please
• 00:15:001 (1): A Clap on the end of this Slider, fit properly with the Instrumental
• 00:16:715 (2): Since it is a beatmap aiming for the approval, is better if you risk more with the Rhythm. In this case I suggest you to break a bit the Symetry reducing this Slider by 1/2 and then add a Note on 00:17:001
• 00:38:715 (1): The Whistle on the Beginning of this Slider doesn't sound very fitting, I think that is better if you Remove it from here
• 00:55:144 (1,2,1,2,1,2,1,2): This Combo Spam is unnecesary to me, the music doesn't need that. To be sincere, I think that any New Combo fit fine here, so remove all the New Combos to make this pattern (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8)

• 01:03:715 (9): (Nazi)- Move this Note to x:140 y:192 to occupate this on the same position as (5) in 01:02:858

• 01:25:287 (2,3): This pattern don't fit with the music at all, especially with the long vocal that appear here. For a better Rhythm the Slider (3) should start on 01:25:287 and finish on 01:25:572. Then add the Note on 01:25:715. Something like that:
• 01:37:287 (5): A Clap sound preety fine with the music and with your previous Notes
• 01:51:144 (7,8,9): Hmm... I don't know if 3 Stacked Notes flow fine here. This make an unnecesary stop that the music doesn't need it, so would be better if at least unstack one of this Notes
• 01:51:858 (1,2): To keep consistency with these kind of sections (where the music sound like that), is better if you change these Sliders to 4 Notes instead, you can make a border to previous (9) with your next (1,2).
• 01:56:429 (1,2,3): Increase the spacing between these Notes (at least to 1.50x), flow better and also is consistent with your other sections where the music sound like that.
• 01:59:144 (1,2,1,2,1,2,1,2): Again this Combo Spam, it is a consistent increase on the Spacing, so you don't need to remark anything with combos, believe me.
• 02:11:572 (6): A Whistle here sounds very fitting with the music, really. Make a good sense, try it :P
• 02:15:144 (4): The kiai end here, so the change in the music is imminent. It's a good idea add a New Combo here to remark this change
• 02:16:858 (7): Both Clap and Finish sound really noisy on this Note, I think that the whistle sound work better here.
• 02:22:572 (4): You are missing a Clap here, appear on the music too.
• 02:26:001 (1,2,3,4): I personally don't like this kind of patterns, in general they don't flow fine on standard difficulties (I said that because plays good on CTB difficulties), in this case is better if you keep the spacing between the Notes and move (2) where it is (3) and (3) where it is (2). An Screenshoot to illustrate you :P

• 02:51:715 (3): Now, I'm not really confident about the rankability of this kind of Sliders (the rules are very stricts nowaday), but I'm not really sure I should investigate
• 02:53:620 (1,2,3): You should make something with this Notes, they are not easy to read because they are snapped on 1/3 but the spacing is too similar comparing with 1/2 patterns, I don't know, adjust the spacing, change the combo colours to a new one, etc.
• 03:34:787 (x): A Note sounds fine here
• 04:12:858 (5,6): To follow the sequence as your previous patterns out of the Kiai, is better if you unstack (6) from the end of this Slider.
• 04:23:144 (T): This kiai should finish here (like S.S diff) because the kiai becomes very long and also if you finish here this kiai will be consistent with your previous one.
• 04:55:599 (4,5): Works better with the Vocal if you delete (4), then the Slider should start here instead. Then, this Slider have to finish on 04:56:110
• 05:00:883 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7): It is a very slow section this one, so long jumps doesn't fit here, try to use spacing less to 3.00x for a better flow as I said before
• 05:03:355 (Spin): A Whistle (default) on the end of this Spinner works perfectly with the bells on the music. You should try it :3

• 00:04:287 (4): Just to be confident, but is it necesary this 1/8? It doesn't appear anything on the music, also I can't listen anything on 1/4 (on 25% obviously), so would be better if you avoid that
• 00:52:287 (1): You can move this Slider (and also the next (2) to keep the symetry) some grids left to avoid the overlap with the next one, it doesn't look very well in my opinion
• 01:30:287 (7): The Clap on this Note sounds preety loud, especially comparing with the clap on (1). Would be better if you reduce the volume on this Note
• 01:31:858 (x): In general you follow the Vocal, so here is a good place to add a Note
• 01:43:572 (3,1): A jump just for symetry... I don't know if it is a good idea, the music doesn't need that, especially because on sections where the music sounds like here, you don't have huge jumps. If I were you I'd rearrange this pattern a bit, but it is your decision
• 01:46:858 (2,3): Wait, here you should increase the Spacing between these Sliders, it flows much better and it is more consistent with the rest of the map. I thought something like move (3) to x:240 y:84
• 01:48:287 (3,4,1): A jump and then a Stop to as a relative same part of the song, this doesn't work at all. It's better if you move (4) out of here increasing the Spacing between (4,1)
• 02:07:144 (1,2,3,4,5): This antijump plays bad, is totally stright and plays bad because you don't have another antijump like this one. At least if you want to add an antijump, try to do a shape more 'fluent'
• 02:16:287 (1,2,3,4): (^)
• 03:14:429 (x): I find more fluent if you start with the section here, adding a Note. When you play the map, this doesn't sound a 'sudden' start of the new section
• 03:39:572 (1,2,3,4,5): I'm not really partidary of this kind of overlaps but meh.. :P. Well, I also think that the rhythm can be better
• 03:58:858 (5,6,7,8): The jump between (5,6) and (7,8) look forced to make a nicer pattern but the flow is not correct at all. Try to exchange the position between (6,7), you mantain a little jump and the flow is better imo
• 04:13:572 (6): Again, is necesary this 1/8? :P
• 04:18:858 (2): This Slider can be named as hidden Slider, it is preety unpredictable under to the other Slider (5), try to do something with that please
• 04:22:572 (1): This Note stacked with the rest of the stream, can cause a bad readability because players will think that this is part of the stream. Try to unstack it

I love Ra's Hard Beatmap, it's honestly one of the best and most flowing beatmaps I've ever played. I am actually not a good osu! player when it comes to Insane difficulties which often have super fast notes, but this one, despite its speed, kept me flowing, and I beat it on second or third try, and did I feel awesome! I can't believe this hasn't been approved yet :O

Okay so apparently the song is 5:09 but you want all diffs? I'll give some overview, since I can't pass some and the rest are well-made.

My only suggestion is to cut the song to somewhere about 2-3 minutes, since otherwise it will tire and bore players (proven that I quit Easy halfway).
Also remove lead ins where you have the 15s break at the beginning.

[Easy]
Reduce stacking; Easy players are not that good with stacking. At least remove the stacking of something like 02:14:572 (2,1).

[Normal]
Don't use that many spinners; double spinners are somewhat hard for Normal players.
