00:23:147 (3,4) - NCs on these two could potentially help with reading since the BPM changes quite noticeably here
00:23:147 (3,4) - i think these 2 are fine cuz slider leniency helps a lot
02:34:063 (3) - wat i think i just copy pasted and forgot to remove it XD, fixed
01:55:468 (1) - shouldn't this be 1x SV? having a 1.2x SV slider in the middle of nowhere here feels pretty out of place :s
02:11:036 (1) - speaking of SV, shouldn't the SV be slower here than the section prior? idk why this is at the same SV when the song decreases in intensity here
would also make 02:21:414 (1) - up until 02:26:603 (1) - this 1.1x instead if you go through with that
02:55:144 (1) - this section could be 0.8x SV or smth since 1x feels somewhat excessive here
01:55:468 (1) - changed to 1x
02:14:927 (1) - yeah this whole section changed to .9x except for 02:15:576 (1,2,3) - cuz the snares are prominent so i want to emphasize
02:55:144 (1) - i think it's ok at 1x
02:09:738 (1,2,3,4,5) - cld have the spacing decrease across this pattern instead of just putting everything rlly close together suddenly
02:31:792 (1,2,3,1,2,3,1,1,2,1,2) - honestly, maybe space these out a bit more? these seem pretty similar in spacing to 02:29:522 (1,2,1,2,1,2,1,2,1,2,3,1,2) - these which are less intense, i can see these being buffed a bit more to match the intensity of the song here
either that or nerf 02:29:522 (1,2,1,2,1,2,1,2) - the buildup here a bit so that the next jumps stand out more
02:52:873 (3,4) - https://osu.ppy.sh/ss/18322420/9316 this flows a lot better (could also add a NC to the 3 for the funny 1-2 section moment)
04:17:198 (3,4) - same, smth like https://osu.ppy.sh/ss/18322427/81c2 this works better (and also NC if you wanted)
adjusted flow to what it looks like in both screenshots, but i opted to not nc bc there's no vocal on those notes, similar to 03:56:441 (2) -
02:56:766 (2) - don't think snare/clap hitsound is meant to be here (might apply to other difficulties?)
if ur comparing it to 03:01:954 (2) - , i get what you mean but i hear a pretty distinct snare on 02:56:766 (2) - anyways
i changed the spacing here 03:01:630 (1,2,3,4,5) - to be a bit lower compared to 02:56:441 (1,2,3,4,5) - tho to at least represent the changed drums
03:27:414 (1,2) - ctrl+g the rhythm here? cuz rn u have the vocals mapped passively on the sliderend when u usually focus them w/ active rhythms
03:35:198 (2,1) - should probably be spaced similarly to the 1-2 prior to it, this reduces in spacing which plays pretty awkwardly imo
03:37:630 (1,2,1,2) - speaking of awkwardly flowing patterns
this jump is super unconventional compared to the jumps you were doing prior, wouldn't something like https://osu.ppy.sh/ss/18322425/f207 this work better?
that was actually my intention to make it a bit awkward, the vocal rly peaks here so i wanted to highlight that through a flow change
although upon looking at this pattern again, i'm considering rotating 03:38:279 (3) - by abt 90 degrees CW and moving it to somewhere around x:40 y:294 to emphasize the peak even more, will keep open so let me know what u think
i mean i get it, but i just think it's kinda weird to have this be the only awkward jump in the map you know
everything else has been pretty straightforward flow then this just kinda happens
the change you made works fine enough, the angle of flow into the slider is somewhat awkward but it's not that bad
idk, personally i feel like awkwardness doesn't really fit here, but i'm not gonna argue against it if you want to keep it
ya i get what you're saying, but i think it's more interesting gameplay-wise to have a break in the natural flow of the jumps like this when the vocals are arguably at their most intense throughout the whole song
the jump itself isn't fully uncomfortable either, it still maintains ccw flow from the previous jump and it's not like it was a super wide angle or anything
so ya for these reasons i will keep as is (^_^)b
03:56:117 (1,2) - , 03:57:414 (1,2) - , and 03:58:063 (1,2) - could u make these into 1/2 sliders instead of having constant 1-2 jumps here cuz there is no way no1 is gonna yell at u for this and it just feels weird to completely ignore the vocals
04:38:927 (1,2,3,4) - honestly could make these into small jumps or something, sliders kinda feel unrepresentative of the drums here imo -- not a big deal but could be nice to add
yep, didn't exactly make them "small" (about same spacing as 04:40:873 (3,4,5,6,7) - ) cuz of how intense it gets
also added some additive kicks to 04:39:090 (2,2) - for the jumps
