SV on this diff are exactly the same as Inner Oni. if you wish to keep SV, tune SV intensity down to make it either, slightly lower than Oni's one, or similar. As Hellfly's Oni use less intense SV as Muzu.

it's 45/1 without a proper rest. aka 3/2 ; 2/1 ; 3 consecutive 1/1

I do think it's fine considering pattern such as 00:59:380 (266,267,268,269) - or 01:04:180 (294,295,296,297,298,299) - are pretty simple in contrast of the intense pattern. But since there's a really easy fix to it that still follow your diff, maybe consider one of those?

01:01:780 (278) - remove it for the 3/2 break?
01:04:930 (297) - move it here 01:05:230 - for the consecutive 1/1?

this part, even with the triplets, feels too undermapped compared to that part from 00:30:580 - to 00:40:180 - . Because of the way 1/1 are used and 1/2.

Either:

nerf from 00:30:580 - to 00:40:180 -
buff from 00:40:180 - to 00:47:230 -
mix of both.

Just make sure overall density feels denser from 00:40:180 - to 00:47:230 -
