From my queue. I actually had this map for the longest time but just deleted it earlier. Guess I'll have to redownload. :)

[General:]

  • * Your Hard difficulty is WAY too easy. Its more like a Normal and nothing like a Hard. There are no noticeable jumps and is just too boring and easy. Likewise, your Normal is more like an Easy to me. You could rename Hard to Normal and rename Normal to Easy, but you would still need a true Hard, and Extra is too Hard to fit the bill.

    * 00:21:880 (1,2,3,4) This pattern doesn't fit right. You should try something like this:

    * 02:00:981 (4,1) If you're going to do the anti-jumps at 02:02:420 (2,3) and 02:03:859 (1,2) you might as well do one here too.
    Overall, this and Extra are very nice difficulties, but I think you could go a little bit farther. You see places like 02:03:859 (1,2) that go with the du-du-du (don't know what to call it :P)? I think you're map could use more of those, as long as its done consistent (like every other du-du-du, or only in a section of the chorus, etc.). Idk, just a thought.

If you want to do the same with the Insane as well o=

[StoryBoard]
The pulses overall are disappearing very fast and it doesn't look good in my opinion, try to extend a bit the fade without much points, use the Tweening option and just put the Start and the End fade point.
I see you did copy paste the pulses and each one of them has a random Move point a bit after the push, use the small arrows under the time line and remove them.

00:11:649 - You could start the map with a slow motion pulse which would end at 00:13:088

Offset: 139ms BPM: 166,754 as BounceBabe said. That's the correct :/ It's really difficult for me to make the SB with wrong offset. :<

Coming from the QAT's thread, thanks for taking part in this round.

But I have to say; this map is not ready at the moment.

While easier diffs are pretty good and kind of ready, Extra and Insane need a lot of work. You used interesting ideas here and there, but sometimes symmetry is killing the flow and Slider shapes look really out of place and just wry. ( 01:04:048 (1) - for example )

Also you should look at your Slider placing, 1/2 Slider are best used when they are starting on the heavy beats and end on the weaker ones. ( 01:01:890 (6) - for example is just bad because you're starting on the weak beat and ending on the strong one, which makes the strong beat unclickable and gameplay odd.)

For the next thing, it looks quite lazy copy pasting the whole KIAI on a 2:30 song. You should make the map more fun to play and there is no point in having an Extra difficulty if you didn't even map the Insane without copy paste, then rather fully map the Insane and delete the Extra.

The last thing that need much more work is your combo consistency, they are too random placed. You should think of a pattern like every downbeat, or every second downbeat. That will make your combos splited well and more nice to look at.


With that said; good luck, I'm sure you can do it.

I see, I was struggling to follow the vocal, yet it's not good to play with. Fixed anyway. I have also ditched most symmetrical patterns in exchange for better flow. I hope its better now
