Can partly confirm. Vowel u in Japanese is very likely to be pronounced as an extension of the consonant before it, like tsu sounds more like tsss with a tone attached than actual tsu. Same applies to the other consonants.Zelzatter Zero wrote:

Most Japanese tend to spell 'su' as an 's' sound (です is the most common example, where you can hear ppl say 'des' more than 'desu'). So yes 'ohs' is the more correct way to pronounce the name.
