The Spreedsheet is allready here.
The compendium will get some attantion in the (hopefully near) future.

CTB charas and Taiko charas are outdated, OP's picture sources are dead
Skin behaviour changes and broken skin layouts announcement is no longer valid for current builds
default skin template should be reuploaded
skin compedium needs an update as well
in my signature there's a skinning spreadsheet, highly recommend adding it as well
