been struggling a little bit to fall asleep recently, and I have some sleeping pills thanks to my brother and stuff so i'm going to take them see how they go, I know many people here probably haven't taken any pills before so i'm going to try to update hourly or so this thread to show the effects and stuff

Never took sleeping pills, instead I toss and turn in my bed for hours.
there are two types of sleeping pills
the ones that take you down, and the ones that extend your sleep
which one did you take?
anyway, the first one should make you feel funny, lightheaded without much coordination. the latter is horrible, it doesnt induce sleep, and when you finally collapse you're going to sleep for 16 hours non stop and wake up feeling like a trash bag
hope you got the good pill!

Sleeping pills are a fucking godsend as I have trouble sleeping at night.

Took these myself at a time. During this time, there would be loud noise playing in my house for most nights, and I took my sleep very serious (maybe too much, I don't know).
They work very well. I don't really need them anymore, but I wouldn't mind grabbing another capsule that can last.

I tried a similar sleeping pills - I forgot the name, I woke up late and always feel moody since I need to wake up early for class.

unfortunately for me, the going to sleep earlier route just doesn't work and I spend hours trying to sleep, though I usually dont go 48hrs, I dont think I could, generally, its at most like 26-28 trying to wrap back around a little at a time over a weekend. I also sleep longer whan I do this so it usually works out, occasionally I wrap all the way back around when I end up sleeping longer than expected.Wimpy Cursed wrote:
