You post ideas and suggestions - I turn it in to a playable ot🎲The Game
I'm taking a break from dev so this time we're going analog, meaning a tabletop, board or card game

Anything goes given it passes the rules outlined below.
The game will be rendered as a digital-analog game using Tabletop Simulator.
Once deemed finalized we can arrange a session where we play the monstrosity created.

📍 General Rules & Guidelines
- No profane, gross or age-inappropriate submissions
- Submissions that break the rules or are practically unfeasible will be ignored
- Having posted a submission puts you on cooldown until implemented
- Creeps and nonces need not apply

💡 Submission Categories
These are the categories for which you can post suggestions.
They may and likely will be changed in the future to accommodate the needs for development.

🎲 Game Components
The tangible pieces of the game - pawns, cards, boards or whatever else that can and may be used for play

Your submission should include at least one of the following:
- An elaborate description of the visual appearance of the component
- An image, either for reference or to be used directly as a 2D component (cards e.t.c)

Providing rules and functions for your submitted component is optional, as there is a Gameplay & Rules category that covers it.

📍 Submission Rules:
- One component per submission
- No intellectual property infringement (copyrighted stuff)
- Depictions of individuals will only be permitted with written consent from the subject

💡 Examples:
- "A piece that looks like a castle and may only move in cardinal directions"
- "I drew this image of a shark with legs to be used as a card"
- "All the characters from Bee Move as figurines"
- "This photo of my friends mum as the game board"

📔 Gameplay & Rules
The written parts that dictate how the game is played.
Game setup rules, how pieces moves, what cards do when placed.

Your submission should be a written rule for either the overarching rulebook or an existing game component.

📍 Submission Rules:
- One rule per submission
- Gameplay rules may not significantly impair or nullify other rules and conditions
- Scoring conditions must be within reasonable boundaries of existing conditions
- No win/loss conditions

💡 Examples:
- "This piece should move diagonally"
- "At the beginning of the game, each player draws a banana from the banana bag
- "The player who drew the longest banana plays first"
- "Drawing this card loses you the game"
- "Playing this card scores you 69420 points"

Game component: A "cahoots" card featuring a picture of two shady wolves whispering among themselves with sheep looking up from the bottom scared

Rule: When "Cahoots" is drawn by the player, that player can secretly dm another player of their choice anything they wish regarding the game

Each player has 4000 health points (HP), and you can attack them using different actions available in the game. If a player ends up with 0 HP or less, they lose, and they're eliminated from the game. The last player who's still alive wins.

Attack Buff

Buffs damage dealt to others by +20%. Stacks infinitely and additively (meaning 3 attack buffs results in +60% damage). Damage is rounded to the nearest integer if needed. This buff is permanent until removed by another action, if there exists one.

Attack Buff Negate
Negates any Attack Buff stacks accumulated by a player, though only once. (i.e will remove 20 stacks or 5 stacks, but only once per card.)

B0ii
Semi-Leathal Kamikaze (rare)
Explode near enemies: will cost 3/4 of your max health (ex. max hp = 100 hp, ability cost = 75 hp). Will cause immense damage to enemies depending on how close they are.

The game has been updated and suggestion cooldowns are lifted.

As the direction of the suggestions points towards the game becoming some sort of card-battler, the rulebook was updated with the following changes:

📘 Rulebook
- Each player starts with 40 Hitpoints.
- When your hitpoints reach 0 you lose the game.

Big numbers are annoying for gameplay and score calculation, so the suggested 4000 was floored down to 40.

Three of the suggested cards were added, with some AI generated art to give them some flair (dall-es interpretation of a japanese kamikaze plane is hilarious).
Card rarity was suggested, so three rarities were added alongside the cards - Common, Rare & Legendary

Some of the suggested card text was adjusted to function within the context of eachother and the game as a whole.



It is currently undecided if there are any conditions to playing the cards, such as energy or mana.
Whether it is a deck-builder is currently unknown.
Where and how cards are placed is yet undecided, though the cards mentioning adjacency being relevant pushes the design directive towards some form of play field grid.

Forcefield

While this card is in your hand, you are immune to damage if the damage taken is under 10. When you are hit by an attack that deals 10 or more damage, the attack breaks the forcefield and this card is discarded.

A hexagonal playing field is actually an interesting twist on the typical TCG playfield, but I'm omitting whatever the hell you meant by it's visual appearance.
