I've been a Firefox and Slackware Linux user since 2002, and use those for all of my computers. My phone has LineageOS.

I use SawfishWM for my window manager without any effects enabled. Then I throw in a few instances of fbpanel so that it appears roughly akin to an AmigaOS desktop. Yes, I'm an old lady XD

OK I may be 40 and thus older than Windows, but I've never used that wallpaper in my life except for the first five minutes after a fresh XP install lol. I'll stick with my death sensei/shiori/oreimo/blue archive/touhou wallpapers.

I used to have an Arch Linux installed, but I deleted it because I don't see the purpose of it.
