IT'S TIME TO START MEWING

WHAT IS MEWING?
mewing is a looksmaxxing excersise which helps the looksmaxxer obtain a nicer jawline. in order to mew, simply take your tounge from the bottom of your mouth and rest it to the top of your mouth. personally i mew every chance i get, but even just 2-10 minutes of mewing each day can help you reach that jawline you're looking for.

practise mewing now! most looksmaxxers listen to songs like these to help them stay focused on their mewing. personally i don't but it may help you.
(that songs a bit dark so not really for the faint of heart)

Yeah isn't mewing the natural position for the tongue. I doubt it'll noticeably change your jaw though.

Even if mewing does work, the amount of time it would take to see some changes will take too long, might as well just properly exercise, at least you can see some results after a while.

I may like anime but i'm not going that far LMAO
The only reason I don't learn Japanese is because of anime: I don't like hearing something in a language, understanding what was said, and reading a subtitle saying something a little adapted, it's a very bad feeling, and I'll never be able to get used to it. If I start learning Japanese, I won't know enough Japanese to watch anime without subtitles, but at the same time, I will know enough to detect a difference between the literal translation of a simple sentence, and what the subtitles translated.

Without a deep understanding of Japanese, I would only understand some simpler sentences, and would still depend on subtitles, while literal translations of the simpler sentences would still bother me. Watching dubbed is definitely not an option, so I think the only thing I can do is not learn Japanese.

if you're not fluent enough in japanese where you can watch it withot subtitles, I don't think you will get mad at inaccuracies in the japanese dialogue, mainly because the subtitles will probably be better written and structured that your translation in your brain

Yes, that's what makes the most sense, but unfortunately, just hearing a word that I know the meaning of, but not seeing it in the subtitles, makes me uncomfortable. ;-;

Watch an episode with subtitles then rewatch it without them. It's a really simple yet a very effective trick.
