Animated elements in skins are always appreciated, because they're a pain in the ass to make. Maybe there's some application that formats mp4 files into frames but im not aware of it, please tell me.
Anyways, most skins with animated elements in it usually only include:
menu-back
hit0
hit50
hit100
hit300
play-skip
followpoint
scorebar-colour
sliderb and sliderfollowcircle are also animatable elements, but I dont think a lot of people make skins that animate them. Please link me skins you know that animate them for reference

I wanted to make a chomping pacman sliderb eating small ghosts star2 just to see how it looks like ingame.
